Newer and modern hotel, very clean and comfortable. Staff was wonderful, from front desk to housekeeping. Convenient to cruise terminal, restaurants and shopping. Best of all, the A/C worked great!

Really convenient if you are using the ferry and for walking around downtown Papeete. We stayed for one night on a Friday after returning from Moorea via ferry, before flying out on Saturday, and didn't find it noisy at night. Our room was really clean and had a nice bathroom.

Clean and well located. Painfully noisy on Friday and Saturday nights until midnight otherwise quiet on other days. Breakfast was very poor and costs too much. Not enough amenities.

Hotel is the perfect location - across from the ferry port, a couple blocks from the Sunday morning market, many dining options around just outside the building, ATM’s just outside the building, shops are just outside, a short walk around. The entrance and greeting were great. The Lobby was clean, orderly and the front desk team were very welcoming. Appreciated the Tahitian art and beautiful drum displays. Elevator is tiny but clean, well-lit. Rooms are clean and everything functions correctly. I like the Tahitian fabric art displayed throughout the rooms and public areas.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was cleaned everyday. Close to many restaurants. Unfortunately, to get to the beach you had to take a taxi. As far as water sports, we were right across from the marina and ferry terminal.
