Lancaster vacation stay

We stayed in the suite, bathroom is a little small but there is a sink & counter outside of it, nice having a full size refrigerator & beds were comfortable, overall cleanliness was good.

The location was nice. There is a place to see a show and get dinner that’s walkable. Although there are no elevators it’s only a small walk up to the second floor. The suite has a burner top stove which was great except there are no pots or pans to utilize them. We brought food but had no way to cook it unless we used the microwave. The bed was comfy, everything was clean. The water pressure in the shower was fabulous. We did ask to have maintenance come because our phone didn’t work. They did not come. There is a way to check out from your room by dialing a certain number but I called the lobby on my cell and they were able to do it. Overall I’d give them 4 1/2 stars and would stay again.

It’s pretty close to everything. The pictures that they show you are quite what they seem and there’s two buildings. We were in the second building not the main building so maybe it would have been better but we didn’t realize we were put in the second building. It wasn’t to clean and we had problems with the tv both nights we were there.

originally we were in a room with a kitchenette, full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. When we turned on the heat it smelled like something was burning. So, they moved us to another room which only had a mini refrigerator. I asked if they were going to credit me for the inconvenience and his reply was, "he gave us a better room." Grant you there was no burning smell in the new room but we didn't have the kitchenette that we booked for

Very nice and clean room. It did smell a little like someone smoked in it though. We also booked the room for 4 people but only had 3 sets of towels. They came quickly when we called for extra towels. Also, good thing I brought body wash because the one in the shower was empty.

On our 3rd day there we let housekeeping know that we did not need service to our room that day, so went to dinner came back and our room was serviced after we said no. The last day checkout was 11 am and it was 9:35 am, thank goodness the top slide lock was on, the housekeeper did not knock on the door prior to entering like they should and just opened the door which scares me because no one is expecting that to happen, I was upset with the fact no one knocked but just tried to enter, I guess they assumed that everyone must check out early. Not always the case. But other than that it was a great experience and would visit again, it's close to outlets, restaurants etc. The price for the Surestay Studios in Paradise PA was very reasonable, especially since mine had a kitchenette, full size fridge stovetop microwave toaster and small coffee maker.

The breakfast was good lots to choice from. Checking in was easy nice people at the desk. The room was good liked the full refrigerator. The floors in the room were dirty sticky, The outside walk up was dirty it smelled like dog.The 2 pools were nice one out and one in. In all it was not bad. Just need to clean better.
