Swim up bar was on point, food was good. Clean fill your fridge everyday. 24/7 room service. The food was amazing. Excursions was a bit expensive.

We had an amazing 3 night stay here. Excellent staff and property. The beach which is about a 5 minute car ride away is also amazing. Best beach we have been on. The staff is very helpful with making sure you get there when you want. Can’t wait to come back here soon.

Clean room amazing staff

Clean room with friendly staff. Beach area was lovely but hotel was a bit busy so hard to find seats on the beach and by the pool. Food was very expensive so we ate out every night.

We stayed at The Reef, and overall it was a good experience. However, be prepared for the extremely high prices at the restaurants and bars, both at the hotel and in the surrounding area. The beach bar at The Reef lacks basic infrastructure. During our stay, they didn’t even have lemons or ice, and the menu offered very limited options. Another downside is the shortage of beach chairs and umbrellas compared to the number of guests. If you want to secure one, you’ll need to be there by around 7:30 a.m. On the positive side, the local staff were wonderful—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They truly made a positive impression. That said, despite the good service, it’s not a destination I would choose to return to.
