Paralimni Vacation Packages

Hotel was spot clean and staff was very nice. The info didn't indicate that there's an extra 25 EUR for the Sauna and an extra 25 EUR for the Steam room - quite deceiving. Full service SAP - not really. I had to argue to get this service.

The location is great. However, the Wi-Fi did not work, the bedroom lamps didn’t work, there was basically no lighting in the room at all , and the walls were dirty. Overall, the room and breakfast were quite average.

The hotel in general is nice, but the rooms are too noisy especially the last floor under restaurant, the noise from rooftop is unacceptable

Excellent location just across the street from the beach, and a very good restaurant on the ground level.

5*

Rent, rymligt, centralt och väldigt prisvärt. Vi skulle kunna tänka oss att bo där igen.

We've stayed at LIV properties in the past. City Suites and Mackenzie. LIV Urban seems to have less care for it and slightly run down. The rooms are dirty, mostly the toilets with a lingering smell. There's also a stench in the lifts and hallways. The service at Mackenzie and the now closed City Suites were much better than Urban.

Stayed here for 3 weeks, newly refurbed apartments, you can tell a lot of efforts have been placed into the property, properly needs more refinement, check in and check out was very easy and convenient, communication with the property was excellent, however there needs to be more attention to details in certain areas, the quality of the bed sheets for example where poor, need to introduce amenities, no gym, no common area, the price is very inflated for what you get in comparison to other hotels/apartments in the same area, overall was ok
