Very poor hotel.

This is a hotel that is beyond mediocre. It is dark, dingy, worn, and feels unclean. The rooms are large, but the layout is strange with mirrors on every wall which are disorienting. There showers are beyond horrible.

I really enjoyed my four night stay at 1K. Great location about a mile from Notre Dame, good, simple breakfast buffet. My room was clean and had a nice bathroom. Definitely great value for money. And the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Fabulous hotel!

This hotel was amazing! The room was quiet and very clean. I also found it larger for the price I was paying. It is near two metro lines. I will only stay here in the future!
