Very friendly and knowledgeable staff; breakfast was plentiful and worthwhile. The room was comfortable, although a bit tight. Bed was comfortable also and the shower worked a treat. Great hotel in a great location.

This property is a true gem. It’s very well run and the staff was very professional. Melissa did a phenomenal job of making me feel comfortable throughout my 4 night stay. I highly recommend for anyone needing to be close to Gare de Lyon.

Lovely room and clean cute hotel! If needing a place to stay near the train station great spot! The surrounding area is very dirty and unclean… not a great part of Paris! The breakfast was just ok… not great!

This was a great last minute find for us after our vacation rental cancelled the morning of our trip. The hotel was cute and clean and the staff, available 24-7, were gentle and nice. When we asked about the possibility of switching to a different room, since ours was very small, they let us go look at the available alternative. We ultimately decided to keep our room and make the best of it. We had already settled in and by then it felt like ours. The view from our window was looking down to a cute street Rue d'Austerlitz and the main street Rue de Lyon. The bathroom only had a glass half panel and no curtain, but the bathtub was huge and made for a great relaxing bubble bath experience. The room and bedding were very clean. We had tv and wifi without issues. The elevator was cute and tiny, but there were stairs, and since it's Paris, well, what's another 5 flights? Also, they were a bit stingy with the bath towels. I don't think we got the additional towels we requested, but not a deal breaker at all. It actually ended up being a great location, close Gare de Lyon, several metro stops, walking distance to Place de la Bastille, and restaurants including L'Étincelle, which was open late thankfully, and the service like most we experienced was excellent. Just below us was La Parisienne boulangerie. We stopped there every morning for coffee and croissants and other pastries. We also had baguette sandwiches there for lunch one day. Overall I would recommend 9Hotel Bastille-Lyon.

9Hotel Bastille - Lyon is in an excellent neighbourhood with easy access to all main transportation in Paris. The staff was very friendly and kind. Lots of dining options around the hotel. We would recommend to anyone!

Quick 1 night stay! The location was perfect, quick walk to Le Marais and local cafés/restaurants. The room was small but had everything I needed. Tea was a nice touch. Staff was all friendly, would stay again :-)

The hotel was comfortable and conveniently located, perhaps not quite as nice as it appeared on their promotional pics. Room was small but the bed was comfortable. There was a bit of noise from the street, and our visit was on a warm evening. The air con didn't seem to be controllable from the room, so it was a case of street noise and fresh air vs. warm and stuffy room. Breakfast was decent, and staff were mostly friendly and attentive, which helped to create a relaxed atmosphere.
