We stayed here just so we could visit Disneyland. It was very close and convenient. We took an Uber, but we did notice people walking to the bus stop which was nearby. My kids loved the bunkbeds in the bedroom. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Hotel was lovely, clean and modern but the temperature of the rooms let it down. Despite advertising AC, our room had none, instead it had the heat on (and it was 35degrees outside). We spoke to reception many times about this and were repeatedly told that this would be resolved and we’d have access to the AC but in the meantime they’d access it from their side and cool the room down. None of this happened. The coolest our room got overnight was 25degrees and left us unable to sleep and feeling very ill. We felt constantly brushed off whenever we asked about it and the customer service left a lot to be desired.

AC did not work. The hotel staff were aware but made no effort to resolve the issue despite being quite warm. Also room cleaning not done despite requesting. New hotel with good location but service needs resolving.

Very satisfied

The hotel is 10 min drive from Disneyland Paris. Everything is new and very clean. They clean the rooms and bathrooms every day. They have everything you need, from towels, soap, hairdryer, TV, and the room temperature can be changed as you prefer. They have a restaurant and a bar, where you can order to eat or drink up to 10pm. Breakfast very rich, for everyone's taste. We were very happy with everything, and we strongly recommend their service. Thank you very much for everything!

La chambre est propre, le matelas très confortable et le grand écran personnalisé est appréciable. Cependant quelques petites améliorations comme une étagère ou un porte manteau pour poser les vêtements dans la salle de bain serait un plus. La possibilité de ne pas faire faire la chambre en contre partie d'une boisson offerte par occupant de la chambre est une bonne idée. Le petit déjeuner à volonté est assez varié. L'hôtel est très calme et proche de Disneyland et du Val d'Europe. Le restaurant jouxtant l'hôtel est un plus non négligeable.

Camera pulita, grande tv. No frigobar. Colazione con ampia scelta ma alcuni prodotti (croissant, macedonia) scadenti. Obbligo di pagare il parcheggio anche sul piazzale dell'hotel (altrimenti devi lasciare l'auto fuori, in strada). Zona del tutto periferica, è un hotel nato in funzione di Disneyland Paris.
