Great Paris Apartment

Family stay for 3. Great location with balcony overlooking tree lined street. Walking distance to major attractions including Notre Dame, St. Chappel/Conciergerie and the Seine. A bit further to Eiffel Tower and Louvre but we did walk it ;-). Nice Monoprix across the street to pick up some supplies. Two bedroom with kitchenette and main living space to spread out in. We had some lights not working in the bedrooms (breaker was tripping) but we did not bring it to the staff attention as we felt it was not overly negative and preferred to not have work being done while we were there.

Great location to get around, M4 and M3 are the two entries nearby, as well as supermarkets Monoprix, Franprix and Carefour. Bakeries at corners of streets, as well as lots of dining options!

This apartment was super cute and had a lovely view! The staff was very nice and accommodating. This was within walking distance of many good restaurants and shopping areas as well as sightseeing along the Seine!

The apartment was perfect for our family. It was cozy but with 2 rooms and 3 comfortable beds we all slept well each night. The thermostat was hard to figure out and maintaining the right temperature was not consistent each night. The staff were very helpful with all our requests, including a noisy neighbor one night. Loved the location, close to metro and lots of dining options nearby. Would have been nice to have free coffee pods once we ran out, given we were staying there for one week. Instead we had to buy some extra pods from a nearby market. All in all, it was a lovely place to call home for our week in Paris with beautiful street views and lots of light. Would definitely consider staying here again, especially as a family!

This accommodation won’t be perfect for everyone for the following reasons. 1. Early check out and late check in standard time. 11/16 respectively. You have to pay extra for a check in at 14, however I was not charged extra, hence it wasn’t a problem for me and didn’t affect the review. 2. This is an “apart-hotel” meaning that you don’t get your towels changed/room cleaned unless upon request/extra fee. It was a short stay for me, so it wasn’t a problem. Other than these potential issues - a great location for walking in Paris. Everything is walking distance. Staff is really friendly and helpful. I can recommend this place.

The apartment is in a great location in the Marais area of Paris, with many options for food and not far from the scenic walk along the Seine. The apartment was nicely furnished with brand new appliances, plenty of towels, lots of closet space and was very clean. Staff was very helpful.

Excellent, well designed hotel with amenities and close to many eateries and sights. Staff wws extremely helpful and friendly. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Everything as fantastic with exception that because its close to everything, it is also close to a main road and the sitens may disrupt those who are light sleepers. Otherwise its excellent and definitely will stay here again when in Paris.

Door issue

Great location, 2 metro stations within 5 min walk. Louvre/Notre Dame is winthin 20 mins walk. There are several good bakeries restaurants within a few min walk. .The room is clean and reasonable space. Water pressure is excellent, hot water is almost instant and can be very hot. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Front desk is 24 hrs staffed. The only issue with our room is it literally takes "break in " force to open the door. The staffs tried and have difficulty also. We can hear the key pad works and unlocked. Luckily my son timed it out and was able to open the door. All in all, if and when i come back to Paris. I definitely will stay in this hotel again.

Great property! Amazingly clean. Nice, fluffy towels and good quality shampoo, conditioner and soap. Well stocked kitchen. Close to everything. Really loved staying here and would stay again. Also, had a laundry room downstairs and a gym. Way better than a hotel, it felt like living in our own (but more trendy) home!

We absolutely loved this property! The location was great, the staff was helpful, and there was a metro station close by. The only negative was that there were many sirens. We found out later that there is a hospital close by. At night, the sirens were not that bad and did not wake us. Overall, I would stay here again!

Wonderful stay for our first trip to Paris! Clean, quiet, safe, spacious. We had a large group of 11 so we rented 3 apartments and we all had ample space. The pull out sofas were also comfortable. Great water pressure. All the staff were very kind and accommodating. Centrally located and a short walk to the metro or easy spot out the back for uber pickup on a side street. Lots of great places to eat nearby.
