A convenient clean and comfortable hotel in a quieter area away from the Gare du Nord but reachable with an easy 6-8 minute walk. Friendly staff and safe environment for overnight stay for solo female traveller

It was my fav at all. Very tight, and pretty run down. It was very close (walking distance) to the train station, and that was our reason for choosing this hotel. But I would never stay here again

Excellent location near Gare de Nord. It is a small, old hotel but does everything well. Staff friendly and price is reasonable. We had a room on a higher floor and found it quiet - other than the thoughtless guests who decide to have long, loud conversations when walking to their room (what is so important that they need to feature everyone else!)

The location was okay, very small room , no spacious in elevator only for 2 people. Room doors were broken at bottom, carpets very dirty, the walls need renovation, cleaner one day keep our room door open after cleaning and we were luck nothing stolen

The hotel itself is a bit worn down and shabby. The elevator comes with special instructions for getting off before the doors close on you. The property is clean and the staff is excellent.

Poor ventilation. Room is very stuffy. We lower the thermostat to 19* Celsius but still have to open the window consistently. Elevator didn’t work on the day we left. The staff were not very helpful or concerned even we told them that we have to catch the train to London. They kept saying that the elevator door worked. It was the first floor door to the elevator, but didn’t bother to go up and check the 3rd floor. We went down the stairs to bring the elevator up to the 3rd floor. It was an old very small elevator. Each of us went up individually with just 1 luggage when we arrived. There were 4 of us in the group.

The staff was vey helpful and friendly. The coffee was excellent. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is near a hospital so there are sirens at all hours.
