Great location!
Nice apart-hotel newly redone. Nice to have a small kitchenette with fridge. Best location in Paris, close to trains to CDG and ORY, metro. Lots of restaurants, bakeries and shops nearby.

Travelled with my kids, age 25 and 17, had the standard apartment for 3 people. It had good facilities and the area of the aparthotel is very convenient - can walk to most of Paris' landmarks - also the being near Westfield comes in handy. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back here in the near future. Merci Beaucoup Citadines.

This is our first time staying here and we Love it! The location is perfect with the train station steps away. The station serves many lines including the RER. It was a straight line for us from coming off the Eurostar! Super convenient! The hotel is surrounded with lots of dining options and that includes last night dining and bakeries that opens early The hotel is also steps away from the Westfield Mall (which is also attached to the train station) The staff were friendly and helpful at check in … giving us information about getting extra supplies for our room from the supply room, offering us the complimentary coffee at the lobby. The hotel was recently renovated and it is beautifully done When you enter, the lobby is v welcoming and lots of sitting area and charging points. The room was of good size (we were in Deluxe Studio) with a small kitchenette. It has good sound proofing and comfortable. One small minor detail to take note …. If you call for a taxi, the taxi can’t actually get to the door step of the hotel … the actual Pick up bay is by the side of the train station which is just steps away. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris! In fact, we liked it so much, we have booked it for our kids to stay there in December!

My daughter and I enjoyed the spacious hotel room and the location. The front desk staff was mostly friendly and helpful with the exception of one man. The 2 drawbacks were the lack of cleaning service (it’s self-serve) and I would’ve liked someone to sweep the floors and clean the bathroom sometime during our 4 night stay. The elevators were the other hassle - one was out of service our whole stay and the other one was hit or miss so we had to use the stairs multiple times and saw some people carrying heavy suitcases up/down the stairs. The least helpful staffer basically told us “maybe its working, maybe it’s not” and didn’t seem to care at all about the hassle or our safety if we were in it and it stopped working. All in all, I would probably not stay here again unless I really wanted a big room for some reason because that’s the biggest benefit to this hotel.

Really loved staying here. The interior design is wonderful right down to the statement chairs in the lounge reception areas and the free coffee was much appreciated. The apartments are well designed, the bed is comfortable and enjoyed the smart TV (so many English channels). It is a pleasure to stay somewhere where I don’t need to fish around for adapter cables or an extra glass or two - it had a fully equipped kitchen. For anyone travelling here by Eurostar, it is only one stop on RER from Gare du Nord, a few escalators and a couple of metres - very straightforward. Stayed in Paris many times and this is our favourite arrondissement because we can walk everywhere.

This is an ideal location for travelers. Hotel is located right on top of RER B station which you can take from the airport. No need to uber or taxi. They only clean rooms once a week. We arrived on Saturday and stayed for 6 nights, our cleaning date was on Thursday. It would be better if the cleaning day was on Tuesday or Wednesday instead. This is not a large hotel, so don't expect full service restaurants or coffee shops. There are complimentary coffee and tea at the lobby. There are hundreds of restaurants nearby. Lots of options. You can also walk to The Louvre in 10-15mins from the hotel. Notre Dame is nearby as well. Highly recommend if you are looking for a clean and budget friendly hotel.
