Professional, helpful staff. Two different views and ambience available 1 quieter side or 2 view of the square. Free cafe, latte, cap, espresso, tea. Kitchenette with fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, cups, cuttery. Heart of all food and shopping, walkable to museums and a long walk to tower. A/c like many places is ok ( not bad) for one small person, bearable prior to heat waves early july. It goes to 18.5 but at night was nice. But ut want too hot outside. Have not gone in heat wave season to know. Beautiful renovated shower glass, 2 shower heads and easybto use dials. Comfy bed and light duvet. Fully open balcany doors no nets no bugs when i went. Housekeeping once per week but fully available towels and soap if needed. Gym, meeting room and tables. Pets welcome, but no not leave in room when you are not there. Possible fee, check website or call. Would stay again !

My mom and I stayed here for a week. It was our first time in Paris. This hotel was wonderful. It was in a really great location in the first arrondissement. Only 12 minutes’ walk from Notre Dame and maybe 15 minutes’ walk from the Louvre. The staff were so warm and helpful and spoke English. The hotel was very clean and bright. Our room was a studio with a kitchenette. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Our room opened onto the square the Fountain des Innocents - very pretty.

Overall a great property.The rooms were spacious and clean, plus having a kitchen was so convenient. Also can’t beat the location, close to everything and a major metro/rer station. Additionally, the staff were very always very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.

Chain hotel in Paris and I picked this location due to its proximity to the city center. The staff was fast and efficient and checked in and everything was smooth. We were surprised that it had a full kitchen with a cooktop. Too bad we could not utilize it since we were out the whole time enjoying Paris. The room was huge with a full living area and the beds were clean and spotless. Countless number of supermarkets, restaurants and bars are within walking distance of all genders of food. Small markets plazas and even Westfield Mall that is connected to Les Chatelet metro station, right beyond us. About 10 mins walking to Notre Dame cathedral and about 25 mins to the Louvre museum 🖼️. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Citadines Les Halles - the location was perfect for us due to the central location. The apartment was tastefully decorated and well equipped. The star of the while stay for us was the shower - no confusion about the activating the rainfall or the handheld. The only negative for us was the lack of the connection to the WiFi for 24 hours toward the end of our stay. Louis and Ivan were really helpful during check-in and for the entirety of our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is somewhat no-frills - don't expect room service or daily turndowns. However, for an extended vacation, it's as close to being at your own apartment as possible. Clean towels are available - you'll just have to go get them. However, no wash cloth - so bring your own. The staff is helpful and extremely nice. Hotel is just steps away from a Metro station, making travel around Paris very convenient.

Excellent location. Metro station super close. Room clean, everything worked well. Hotel rooms are much bigger than typical Paris rooms. Good security: cannot enter hotel or go up elevator without a room key. Staff very friendly and spoke perfect English. Hotel WiFi fast and reliable.

I found it inconvenient that we needed to refill our bottle water at the ground floor... I think if Citadines wants customers to refill, then they should have a water dispenser in each floor... there were times I was in my Pajamas already and I had to go down just to refill. Or perhaps there can be an area wherein we can just get new bottles filled with water already and just deposit the empty botttles...
