Disappointing stay at CMP I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Citadines Montmartre Paris. The experience was marred by several issues that made me regret my choice. Firstly, for me the atmosphere in the hotel was not welcoming. The night before I checkout they were young people smoking pot sitting outside in front of the hotel, stinking up the whole entrance. The smell was disgusting. The attendant had the opportunity to see them and also smell it when the door open, nothing was done. 2nd, I twisted my foot while picking up food on St Denis Friday night. When I came back around midnight I was in excruciating pain and called the front desk for some ice, but the attendant (a guy) told me the ice machine was locked and he couldn't provide any assistance even though I told him it was an emergency. Did not even care to ask me what emergency. 3rd, another incident occurred when I asked for some salt and pepper to cook eggs. To my surprise the front desk attendant (a woman) refused to help, citing that the storage was locked and she couldn't provide them (after 2 or 3 hrs when we went down for towels she gave it in a cup stating her manager okay it, (by that time we had already gone out to buy it). Also their attitudes, service were not that great. Given these experiences and others, I wouldn't recommend Citadines Montmartre Paris. It seems they cater to a specific clientele, but for me, us, the service and amenities were horrible Not worth the stay and money.

It was clean, safe and secure hotel. It had 24/7 receptionist; they all know English. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. Close to metro and bus station. Restaurants and shopping are all in walking distance. Only couple of minutes of walk to Moulin Rouge. Our room was oversized with a king size bed. Having a kitchenette was a big plus. The bathroom was big too. If you select to stay in this hotel bring your 220 volts USB charger/adaptor. USB chargers are not provided. We enjoyed staying in this hotel, we will definitely stay again in this hotel.

Slightly tired room/studio but the private balcony, kitchenette and roof terrace more than made up for that. Room was only refreshed once during our week long stay. Location was excellent in a quite street just around the corner from Moulin Rouge and Rue Lepic in Montmatre

We loved the terrace on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of Sacré-Coeur de Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower. A nice area to have a glass of wine and to enjoy a summer sunset. The staff was very friendly, as well.

We loved this hotel/apartment. Nice location and the lots of restaurants and grocery shops. The subway stop was closed from this point. Lots to do and see in the surrounding areas. I will stay here again in my next visit.

The appartment we had was nice and clean. We were on the ground floor and had access to a quiet terrace. The place was clean and staff were very friendly. Quiet side street. Very close to Place de Clichy where metro and bus lines run.
