super friendly staff:) the check in process was straightforward, room was clean, quiet and safe area. a 5 minute walk from aéroville which has plenty of dining and shopping options. i truly enjoyed my stay.

It is a very basic hotel, just a room and a toilet. Tea/coffee facilities were in the reception area which didn’t seem like a big deal until you were too tired to go get them first thing in the morning!! The shower was rubbish, just a trickle but it was warm and got the job done. The location wasn’t the best. It would be ok if you were going to the airport. We were going to Disney and picked it as it said “10 mins from the Disney parks”. What it really meant was 10 mins from the airport, which you need to get a 15 minute Uber to. On the whole it was a clean, basic hotel. The beds were comfortable if you’re exhausted. The staff were lovely. I’d use it again as a quick fix but if you’re looking for comfort then avoid!!

Rooms were very small, definitely not intended for long stays. There was no microwave or refrigerator. The air conditioner stopped working and the breakfast choice was very limited. It would have been good if they switched up the breakfast menu every other day. If you are looking for a place to stay for 2 to 3 days, this might work for you, anything longer, please look elsewhere.

Perfect hotel for a one night stay after a late flight arrival time. Communication with hotel prior could have been improved and please note there is no direct airport shuttle. The information I received from the hotel/hotel website detailing which buses operate to the hotel very misleading and very difficult to find locations for these buses at CDG airport. Easily reached within 10mins in a taxi however

The staff member that we were dealing with was not helpful at all and made things more inconvenient than they should have been. The property is pretty decent though, no issues with that. The paid parking is secured and safe tooZ

It’s a beautiful place but the rooms are very small. No water in the rooms. You need to get your water bottle. The breakfast was good but very tinny compared to other hotels. Tha staffs are pleasant. It’s just a night lay over. The distance to Paris is far.1hour 30mins nothing around it except a shopping mall that closes at 8:00. I will only recommend if it’s a night stay before you board your fight…
