On arrival the man at reception was so lovely! He made us feel really welcome and safe. The room was clean when we entered. No water that was free was a shame. The bathroom drain smelt really bad but this was solved after running the water. Beds were really comfy but the pillows were really hard we all woke up with bad necks. Breakfast was sweet. Eggs meats pastries and cereals. Lovely staff down there. The location of the hotel was amazing. We were given a room with the tower view which was just spectacular. Unfortunately the weather on our visit was awful but we spent sometime in the hotel and it was great. Overall really pleased and would definitely book again.

This property was very comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful. They spoke enough English to help with what we needed and were very friendly. The location is very convenient to restaurants and the Eiffel Tower. We had a wonderful stay.

We were a family of four only staying for two nights. They gave us an upgrade to an apartment. It was spacious but it smelled like humidity.

If you can find another place, do it. The hotel has a horrible smell, the carpet is dirty and the bathroom had some blood stains. How horrible. I would never go back. The good thing is that it was only one night.

This is a fantastic hotel. Perfectly positioned with plenty of food options nearby. Great access to the sites. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I’ll stay here next time for sure.

Very nice property located close to the Eiffel Tower and Arc De Triomphe. Close to a variety of eating places and the metro. Complete breakfast served daily. Well worth the stay

Our AC in the room was not working. Although it was cool outside and we didnt mind opening windows, we were not able to because we were in the first floor and there were no window screens. We complained again and again but they only offered to move us to another room 2 days prior to us leaving. Too bad coz area was really beautiful.

This hotel is outdated & not very clean. As someone with allergies, I had to clean the bathroom & skirting-boards of my room as they were thick with dust. The rooms don’t have air conditioning, just fans, the carpets look like they haven’t been changed out in over 30 or 40 years, same with the wallpaper & I’d hate to think how old the pillows are. However, rooms were serviced daily which was great & for the price, you’d hope so!
