Newer boutique hotel in. Very convenient location to all of the major attractions ! Nice towels, water pressure abs bath products ! Room decor is fun and hip! Wish that they offer coffee in the room ! Very quiet as it is off the min streets ! Will Definitely be back!

It’s serviceable for a short stay. Rooms are tiny and although recently decorated, not very comfortable. Walls are very thin and you will hear your neighbors so bring noise canceling headphones. The restaurant/breakfast is not included and not very good. Walk a few block to find something better.

I’ve stayed at French Theory a few times. It’s my go-to place for Paris. It’s walking distance to the metro and walking distance from most attractions. The hotel is quiet, well kept. There is a coffee shop on premise for breakfast and snacks. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

I really enjoyed staying at the French Theory Hotel. The customer service was great! The room was clean and comfortable. Oh, and I had the best cappuccinos in the morning!

Best deal in Paris
Perfect location!! No need to use the Metro—walk to all. Not sure why anyone called this a dorm—it’s better than any I’ve seen (including private colleges). Friendly and helpful staff.

Quirky boutique hotel, lovely staff. Great room with excellent facilities, fab location near metro and lots of restaurants in walking distance. Loved our overnight stay. Prices dropped massively so that was a down side for us as non cancellable rate on booking but olympics were on so expect prices were inflated

Such a very nice hotel in the latin quarter. The room is very small as mentioned in the reviews, but for one person is more than fine. Very clean room with all you need including hairdryer and air conditioning. It is a little bit far from the city center and airport, however there are a couple of metro stations walking distance. I would absolutely recommend this place.
