Awesome Boutique Hotel

Excellent location, friendly staff and spacious, comfortable room. Awesone location in the 5th Arrondissement. Staff were very friendly, desk staffed 24 hours. Very clean and spacious room (triple). Would highly recommend.

The hotel is very convenient to walk to the center of Paris. It is close to a subway stop. There is no air conditioning although there were fans. The elevator was very small.

Grand Hotel des Balcons was a nice stay. The room was quaint, the right size for a single traveler. The staff there were all very welcoming and friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Being from the states, things are very different but I felt homey and comfortable in my room every day of my stay.

Great Boutique hotel in terrific area. Close to many eating options. Walkable (or subway) to all areas of Paris. As expected room was small ( our choice) bed comfy, shower was hot. Staff available 24/7. Extra Coffee, ice etc at reception. Excellent choice for 3 night stay.

Wonderful stay in Paris!

Beautiful air conditioned first floor room. Staff were amazing. So kind to us. Hotel is in a quiet street close to Luxembourg gardens and 12 minute walk to Notre Dame. Excellent restaurant close by.

Nice stay

The accommodation is nice and was great to have an elevator for our luggage as we were on the 6th floor. We weren’t told about the free water and tea/coffee facilities of hotel until we checked out which was a bit disappointing. Staff friendly though. We didn’t get a room with a balcony which would have been nice seeing the name of the hotel is Grand Hotel de Balcons.

Great location , good value, surprisingly quiet st

Great location, 10 minutes walk to the Seine. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. Easy to travel around by foot, bus or metro. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Location is remarkably quiet considering how close it is to lively streets. Rooms very clean. Breakfast is good, regularly restocked with fresh food. Rooms are cosy, but workable. Luggage can be left securely- which is a massive help to maximise the last day - as main visitor attractions do not have lockers.
