The staff and the owner were very present to help us, told to have a great day/night everytime we left and to chat. The man in charge of the breakfast always had a smile. Always there to bring what was missing. The only thing that didn’t fit this perfect week was the taxi that was called for us, was with a driver not vaccinated, antivax with very strong political views, that wanted to be paid cash. Thank you for your great service.

It was very friendly/welcoming. Lots of help with what to see and how to get there. Had a few French lessons from Monsieur and his Father! Bed extremely comfortable and complementary drink(s) much appreciated. Very clean too! What more could you want?

Room was clean, but VERY small. I suppose that’s typical for Paris, but this room was a tight fit for two people. Several of our bathroom towels had pre-existing stains, as did our bed’s coverlet. But the rest of the room and decor was spotless. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Not a lot of attractions close by (other than Pere Lachaise cemetery), but Metro Line 1 is only a 10-minute walk away.

This is a very nice well run modest hotel. It's not a fancy place, just an old fashioned French hotel with small rooms and good beds. I like staying in this area because I am close to the peripherique if I rent a car and/or need to get to an airport or a short Metro ride to the heart of Paris. It's not fancy but it s nice. Good staff.

The location was fine and the room clean, comfortable and quiet. Once you get the Metro down, you're basically 20 minutes away from everything. (Buy the Metro Carnets and save some money.) The biggest downsides were the occasionally grumpy desk personnel and the elevator. Easily the slowest we've every experienced. You can literally walk the stairs to 5th and 6th floor faster. (No joke. It's that slow.)
