In the market across the street they sell blankets for 5 Euros. The hotel could at least afford this as I said that the one blanket was not sufficient. Although they replaced the mattresses probably because of bed bugs, they need to remove the cheap headboard where the bed bugs are probably hiding. Windows can be cleaned and railing outside window repainted as it's needed. Simple fix ups can be completed. Bring toilet paper. No toilet paper in the bathroom down the hall and you may have to ask for toilet paper at the reception.
There is a service charge at the hotel for cleaning. The sink was never cleaned. Splatter marks are on the wall and they could have easily been wiped down. The bed sheets did not match the bed so they weren't "tucked" in. Towel with brown holes provided and never replaced despite request. When they clean the hallways with bleach, very strong smell. Hallway bathroom, floor is wet as toilet water sprays on toilet seat and floor. Cleaning woman left both windows wide open despite pigeons outside. Fortunately, pigeons didn't enter room. Lock on interior of room, had to jiggle for door to lock.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
You get what you pay for. But improvements needed
In the description they mention city view. There is a view in a type of alley, less than a street, where two restaurants/drinking establishments are located. They can be noisy very late at night. The other view is an interior view. My sink was not cleaned for 5 days nor the towel changed. There is no soap provided so bring your own soap. Under the sheet the mattress is still wrapped in its original plastic - probably to prevent bed bugs. No small table in the room, which is typical to have in such hotels. Sink drawers do not work. Wire in wall still not connected to switch for the bed light to work. Cleaning women with scarf, glasses, and high pitches voice will barge in your room without knocking. This happened twice. When I told her in French that I was going to leave in a minute she refused to give me that minute and start to mop the floor with a mop that looked like it needed to be cleaned and who knows where else it was used. The floor bathroom was next door and each time toilet flushed, loud noises. I mentioned to the reception that it looked like mold next to toilet and my wall. Hotel was also going under renovation which is needed.
Worst hotel in Paris . They don't have staff ,no one coming for room service, and don't have elevator also ,if u have heavy language ,,u need to lift byself even ur room at 4 th floor. So that's why plz don't go for this hotel.
Two things:
1. The shared shower was a little grimy. They should at least get new shower curtains.
2. There is no elevator, and the stairs are spiral staircase so you will struggle if you have heavy luggage and your room is on the higher floors.
However, the room itself is fine and this is a great option if you're on a short-term budget trip with just a backpack or other small luggage!
The area is also very lively and has great Chinese restaurants close by.
This hotel is awful. I woke up with bed bug bites all over my body. I stayed in the room next to the reception desk it was very noisy all night. I will never stay at this place again.
We were shocked when we saw the ? hotel. We were given a room on third floor, no lift, awkward narrow staircase. Room not well maintained. No en-suite, just one small toilet and one small shower on each floor to share among all the clients. No cupboard, no kettle. Bed uncomfortable with just one pillow per person. Not happy, especially for price paid. Had to pay for towel. Your Rep should check it out.
I stayed 5 nights. Given the price (33€/night), I'm very satisfied. The staff is nice, efficient and cheerful. The hotel is one min away from Belleville tube station. The area is very animated (many bars) -> take hear plugs to sleep. The room was clean enough for me and I even had a bathroom sink !
No TV (but who still watch TV in 2017?) and very good 4G reception.
