5 stars on hotel and all staff. But be aware they do not have shuttle pick up. When they say shuttle they mean Shuttle/Tram that airport has. It moves you around terminals and parking. You get off in parking area. It took me 8 min from tram / shuttle walking outside in weather conditions and at night. Thank goodness there were a few other people walking.

Great airport hotel
The Holiday Inn was a good place to stay if you wanted to catch a flight the next day. There is a little train you can walk to to get to the terminals. The shuttle is 8 euros/person, so it is cheaper to take a cab or uber. The room was nice, very clean, and with a comfortable bed. I'd stay there again.

Hotel is in great condition, check in was quick, efficient, and friendly. However, the AC didn’t cool, and barely blew air at all. Also, the windows are locked so opening windows for fresh air was a no go which made for a horrible nights sleep prior to our early flight out. Otherwise, it is a good choice for a close stay by CDG.

No shuttle just want money
just after money! you are asked to pay for dinner before seeing it, we got a cheese plate from a machine & when I I got up for a glass of wine it was stolen. No free shuttle you must walk 5 min which can be a mile in the cold with bags for the airport shuttle call a taxi which the hotel adds 100% to or pay what was the taxi fare but for each person

Stay away. I don’t know how this rating was so high. This hotel is filthy. There were stains on the carpet, on the furniture. And residues/dirt that clearly demonstrated the room was not cleaned properly. Hair on sheets and on bathroom floor. After showing pictures to the manager he switched me to another room and it was just as bad. I went back down and they said they would give me a $20 refund. I had prepaid for the room and it was very late otherwise I would have left immediately. The mattress was old and hard. Very uncomfortable. I rarely write reviews but given how bad it was felt like I needed to warn people. It wasn’t an isolated situation when both rooms were equally as bad.
