good hotel, convenient to reach from airport terminals by CDGVAL. good size room, comfortable beds, good shower, WiFi worked fine, breakfast was good and complementary. Wished check-in was earlier particularly when you arrive from a very long flight and feel extremely tired. Overall good hotel

Super convenient property, very current, clean, felt safe. Very close to subway and airport - walkable. Comfortable beds. Didn’t have conditioner in bathroom- only shampoo and breakfast selection was not brilliant- not a lot of healthy options.

I was offered a room where air conditioning was not working, when I went to front desk to ask to fix a/c I received an answer that we do not have technician after 7pm and we can offer you a fan and open the window. I do not expect this kind of response from Holiday Inn.

Our hotel room temperature was set at 17C yet was at 22C. We were sweating at night. Could not get cool. Breakfast did not offer eggs in any form Even the hot sausages and cooked ham were lukewarm at best $6 for a bottle of warm water was seriously overpriced.

BEWARE! “4 minute tram to airport” it’s a 200 yard walk with luggage to the tram, then a 600 yard walk thru Terminal 2 to E; International. You can reserve with hotel a private shuttle, 1 hour in advance, for 8 euros each. Will take you more longer but less effort to the gate.

The first person that check us in wasn’t very welcoming and seemed to not have a lot of patience for our inquiries. However, the rest of the staff, made up for it. The staff during restaurant staff were kind and welcoming and specifically a staff member at the front desk- who I spoke to later, was very helpful. Overall, the hotel had everything we needed and very convenient to be across the airport and included breakfast- one last thing to worry about as we had an early morning flight.

The room was very nice. And the staff was helpful BUT we had to wait for 2 hrs to check into an already paid room. AND the room keys were not working. We had to go down 3 times and still the room keys didn’t work. The staff had to let us into our rooms.
