Excellent! Location location location. One block from Gare de Lyon train station, surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. All tourist attractions were a short train ride away and the area is busy and safe into the evening. Rooms werr small bus seemed to have been recently updated bathroom is stunning. Only feedback is showerhas a very high tub so would recommend accessible room for anyone with mobility concerns (making high steps.

Room 612 was extremely small Mentioned it during checkout and was told we could have asked to change room... Nice, but too late... It wasn't our first stay at this hotel, as we like staying there. Good location. Nice rooms (except the one we just stayed in...), good breakfast. We'll probably stay there again making sure that we'll get a decent size room

Ideally located modern looking and appointed hotel near gare de Lyon and metro/RER. Many good restaurants within a very short walking distance. Rooms are well appointed, look and smell new and are extremely comfortable. One key observation, with 22 sqm these rooms are big, compared to Paris standard room sizes of between 12 and 15 sqm.

The property was very nice. Air conditioning didn’t work that great but luckily it wasn’t too hot out. Staff was very nice. Location was close to the train station. All in all, I’d stay here again.

Hotel was very nice, although we had a broken tile in our bathroom shower enclosure. Sex shop next door is not great for visitors with kids but I appreciate it’s not the hotel’s fault.

Plastic mattress protectors

A disappointing experience, had to cancel after the first night. They use plastic mattress protectors on their beds - noisey when you rollover and terribly hot to sleep on, they don’t breathe. I woke up 4am and couldn’t get back to sleep. Reception & housekeeping wouldn’t accomodate removing the mattress protector, so I was forced to cancel my remaining 2 night and look for accomodation elsewhere. I’ve never before stayed at a hotel that use plastic mattress protectors. Unnecessary, wool protectors are sufficient. Plastic is uncomfortable.

Some of the rooms with balconies are amazing! We did have one issue with the air conditioning, and were moved to a different room (it was kind of a downgrade though but not totally awful), but then our second stay on that trip was in a nice balcony room- those are nice!!!
