I was placed in Room 66 in the courtyard in a room without any window and no partition between the room and the shower/toilet area. Also pool of water water outside the front door whenever it rains. I requested a change to a double room that I would have paid for but they said that the hotel was full which was a lie. Also the kettle did not switch on. Again, they did not replace it. The room safe was also faulty and I had to report to the staff. There were so many problems. This is the Worst hotel that I have chosen in the past 40 years.

Great location! Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Quiet and relaxing. Tons of cafés, ice cream shops, restaurants and dining options just steps away. Cute shops for clothing, shoes, lingerie, kids’ clothing, souvenirs, small grocery stores and banks-all walking distance from the hotel. We will be back!

Clean and comfortable stay. The hotel had an elevator which was helpful. Each room has an AC unit, which would be really nice during hot summer nights.

The hotel is clean, the bed is comfortable and the bed linen is of high quality. The bathroom is large enough and the hotel has a small functional elevator. We like the automated front doors, most appreciative after a long day's of sight seeing. The hotel is located close to the two metro stations. There are many shops, local supermarkets and restaurants close by. We feel safe walking around in the area even late at night. Less than 15 minutes walk to Montmartre Sacre-Coeur. A stunningly beautiful basilica and many village shops.

Booked the double superior with balcony. And although the rooms are small and the elevator is even smaller. I like the location. The staff. And it was a safe cozy hotel for a week for me and my fiancé. We could walk to moulin rouge. And all types of other places. I would stay here again. Paris was memorable and we both loved it.

Everyone at the hotel was amazingly helpful and the location was fantastic. Only downside was the walls are thin so you can hear a lot of what goes on in the halls. Bring earplugs and you’ll be fine.

I like the area around Montmartre a lot, and Rue Lepic contributes to the ambiance. The hotel fits in very nicely. Next time I'm in Paris, I'll likely try to stay there again.
