People at the counter are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean, but extremely small, so it is good just for a couple of nights. The breakfast included is limited, but it does the job. Very well located, next to the train station, metro and restaurants.

This is more like a motel. Area is busy, many restaurants. Hard to find parking, though the hotel does have a contract at a close by parking lot. Suppose to get discount but can't find attendant to give us discount. Siren run all night so we must be close to an emergency responder facility. Staff are very nice and accomodating.

Run down old smelly horrible hotel
I selected a particular double room as pictured with purple bedding and was sent to a crap room on arrival that I had refused to book. It was without doubt the oldest, vile smelling room I have ever spent the night in. I was told the hotel was fully booked. The shower curtain stuck to you when you showered and stunk. Both bedside lamps didnt work and there was only 2 outlets accessible in the room. Vile experience

The hotel itself was lovely. Great value for the money; however, the area can be a little shady. One night we saw a brawl in the middle of the street, not far from the hotel, between young men throwing bottles at each other and one carrying a bat. Luckily police were in the area, and put a stop to the incident.

Bad customer service. Unable to get refund even for one night. The lady at the front desk made me pay for the city tax but refused to refund with excuse that the room I booked was non refundable and cannot get another room or extra bed option for my minor child. She refused to allow my minor child to stay in the same room with me.

Quiet room, friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom shower leaked water all over the floor and we consistently felt we didn't have enough towels. The view was nice.
