The hotel is in a fantastic location—just steps away from great shopping and dining options, making it incredibly convenient. One of the loveliest touches is their daily offering of complimentary snacks and beverages in a beautifully designed lounge space. It really adds to the overall experience. The staff are truly exceptional. They go above and beyond to make you feel celebrated and cared for, and I deeply appreciated their kindness, support, and attention throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel—it’s a wonderful blend of comfort, hospitality, and thoughtful details.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The room were spacious enough and well thought out! Balcony a plus! Rooms were clean and nice to have a joined family rooms (side by side with a door). Staff were helpful, informative and fun to chat with. Super chill vibes! Quiet neighborhood. Def will come again! We loved our stay!

excellent chain excellent hotel

service great from check in to breakfast staff and catered for gluten free. free snacks from 2pm at any of their hotels. basic breakfast and no bar but you are in Paris so plenty around and you can bring food back. only negative is that they are only in Paris.

This is our second trip to Paris, same hotel and same hotel room! The front desk staff are very friendly. We were greeted with a bottle of water the moment we stepped into the hotel. With a lovely balcony, the hotel room has a beautiful Parisian vibe. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the metro and the major attractions. We love our stay at Hotel Augustin and will sure come back soon.

Our experience at this Paris hotel was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived—well before check-in—the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and immediately offered to store our luggage so we could start exploring. That small act of kindness set the tone for an incredibly thoughtful and comfortable stay. Each morning began with a delicious breakfast that felt more like a treat than a routine—fresh pastries, fruit, coffee, and more. But what really made the experience stand out were the afternoon snacks! After hours of sightseeing, coming back to complimentary treats and a cozy space to relax felt like such a luxury. The hotel also offered umbrellas on rainy days (a lifesaver!), and the bilingual staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. Whether it was booking our taxi back to the airport or recommending nearby spots, they made everything seamless. The hotel itself was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located—walking distance to major attractions, charming cafés, and public transportation. It felt like the perfect home base in Paris. We had a wonderful time at Hôtel Augustin. The rooms were immaculate and the reception staff were wonderful. The hotel is very well situated in a safe area of town, waking distance to everything. We didn't get the Metro once! I would wholeheartedly recommend and hope to return.

Loved our stay at Hotel Augustin in Paris. The hotel has a fun design which makes the rooms bright and welcoming. The complimentary beverage mini bar service was great for having access to juice, water and sodas. Every afternoon there was a complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and snacks available and you could stop in any of their properties around the city to partake of this. This hotel is very conveniently located to Metro lines and bus stops so getting around was very easy. Staff was always very courteous and helpful. Would stay again!

A Great Choice in Paris!

We were so happy with Hotel Augustin-Astotel! The service was amazing - especially Zinedine at the front desk and Ariel in the breakfast area. Both went above and beyond, recognizing us by name and always greeting us, making us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. The location is fantastic - very centrally located. The rooms are quiet - so hard to find in a big city. Something we loved: The small fridge in the room which was stocked and restocked daily with waters, juices and sodas. Housekeeping was fantastic. We also loved the 24/7 snacks and espresso machine in the breakfast room. I would 100% stay here again!
