Breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was clean and updated. The front desk was in general good except for one person who told us to go on the France tourism web site when we asked about reservations for Notre dame ( which wasn’t helpful) and looked like she would rather be some where else,with her eye rolls in other interactions. Close to Seine. Not far from Roland Harris but a 20-30 uber in high demand times. Close to the Seine and good restaurants.

The bar is not a typical bar. It’s whatever alcohol they have on a shelf in the room and they will pour it in a glass for you. This was disappointing as we expected a regular bar with options and inventory.

Not sure why such a high rating. Service was ok, but didn’t seem to fit the reviews and star rating. The rooms felt damp and just in need of a face lift or improvements. Wish we picked a different hotel.

I did not enjoy this hotel at all. The staff were not very friendly at all. Upon arriving we asked for some help with our bags. Two females traveling alone. We were told no we don’t do that here. Two guys were sitting in the office watching a game. We were told there is coffee in room was free the first morning but had to pay after that. We were also informed there was a “city charge” of around $8 per guest per day that was not included in what I pre paid on Expedia. We were told there was room service and to use a code in the room, but the code didn’t work. When we called to find out where to get ice we were told to use the code. We explained it wasn’t working he told me it does just try again. It didn’t work. They have a nice breakfast but you have to pay quite a bit extra per guest per day. The hotel itself was dark and dingy. The room was not very clean either. The sheets had stains. They don’t supply wash cloths, asked reception, no we don’t have those here. Definitely will not stay here again.

Do not pay for breakfast unless it’s free. continental breakfast,not worth it .walk out and eat. Front desk each person makes their rules . Not friendly at all. Ask them direction , they don’t know even to train station .For 4 star they don’t give you body cream.Request for anything they ignore . location was amazing . Room was clean and comfortable .Gym was ok , they turn sauna in only at 10 Am. if you want to work out at 7 am no sauna. you cannot control temperature from room.Very warm had to open windows without out grills .
