We arrived well before our 3 p.m. check in. The affable front desk clerk was able to have our rooms ready in 45 minutes so we just left our luggage at the hotel and walked less than 10 minutes to the world famous Arch of Triumph (Arc de Triomphe). When we needed a taxi for further excursions, she called for us.

Exceptionally friendly staff and very convenient location to the best sites of Paris. Walkable to the metro and RER trains. The on site breakfast was good but shame not to enjoy your meals at the nearby cafes or bistros. Will return here for sure.

I booked this hotel last minute as my original reservation fell through. Thank god for this place. Great location to champs elysees, plenty to do in the area. Rooms were amazing. Staff was super friendly, 24/7 friendly staff. Clean hotel. i will stay here again, thank you!

Great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We received 2 bottles of water in the room per day which was very nice. A grocery store was a block and a half away for nights you didn’t feel like eating out. Would absolutely stay there again. 15 minute walk to Arc de Triumph and 25 minute walk to Eiffel Tower.

We were able to leave the bags at the hotel since our flight got in earlier. Check in was a breeze. Madeleine was very helpful and efficient. When we went back, she gave us room keys and said our bags are inside our room. When we came in there was a different family in the room (we were given the keys to someone else’s room). The experience made me paranoid whenever I hear someone opening their doors. I felt like any moment someone can open our door. (The hotel’s sound proofing needs a lot of improvement) 1st night our plugs stopped working and the night shift person didn’t know what to do, transferred us to a temporary room. But the room was so hot. (Considering it was freezing outside. We couldn’t leave the window opened since we were transferred in teh first floor and I was afraid someone will just get inside the room.) he said we can leave all our stuff in the room and someone will come fix it tomorrow. We ended up sleeping at 3am. The next day we were given a different room, had to transfer our things in a hurry since we have a tour we needed to go to. The room was much bigger and much nicer. 2nd night, in the newer and nicer room. Woke up at 4am with some kind of construction sounds on the floor above us. So not a good night sleep again. Vueling change our flights on us so instead of staying another night in Paris we had to leave on that day. Hotel Bassano worked with us with our flight changes. We had the most wonderful time at Hotel Bassano. The room was beautiful and spacious with lots of small, unique touches that set the boutique hotel apart. The staff were all so friendly, helpful, and very quick with any requests. Everyone I talked to spoke English. The first day I only did dining and shopping recommended by the hotel and had a fantastic day. The beds were comfortable and everything felt safe. The location was so insanely convenient, with very easy walks to many big locations and the metro. I would absolutely stay here any time I’m in Paris and recommend it to anyone going!

Beautiful rooms very well sized for Paris and therefore good value for money, very friendly and helpful staff the only thing to really bear in mind is that the rooms facing the street are not well isolated so you hear pretty much every car that goes by at night. It's a quiet area of Paris so there's maybe only one every 2-3mn but this was a problem. The room was also a bit warm (not sure there is air con, only heating) and here again for the same reason opening the window not really an option. Shame because with those 2 issues fixed this hotel would be perfect (but the price would probably be higher!!)
