Great hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We used the hotel to visit Disneyland and it was ideal. Away from the busy areas around the parks but only a 20min bus and train ride into Disneyland.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent experience at your hotel, particularly concerning the pool access for families. We arrived at 5 PM, eager to enjoy the pool, only to find out that children were not allowed to swim after 5 PM. We waited until 5:45 PM, hoping for an exception, especially as we saw other families enjoying the pool. It was frustrating to be told that other guests could remain while we were denied access. Additionally, the pool opening at 10 AM is impractical for families planning to visit Disneyland. It seems counterintuitive to have such restrictive hours when your hotel is so close to a family-friendly destination. My children were understandably upset, and despite assurances from management that we would receive a call in our room, we never heard back. It's disappointing that a hotel marketed to families does not seem to prioritize their needs. I hope you will consider revisiting your policies to create a more welcoming atmosphere for families. Thank you for your attention to this matter
