Excellent location, Easy access to Paris sights.

Excellent location, one block from the Champs Elysee. There were a lot of restaurant options within walking distance to the hotel, and the metro was at the corner. Room was very clean and the hotel staff was friendly, and helpful. I would stay here again on my next trip to Paris.

This is a great hotel! The location cannot be beat -steps from the Metro and Champs. The area is very safe and has so many good restaurants in walking distance. Yes,the rooms are small but they make great use of the space and they are very quiet being on a side street. The room is very clean. The shower was great with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff wery very friendly and accomodating. This is a much better choice than the American chain hotels. We will stay again on our next trip to Paris!

Great hotel for a short stay in Paris. The location is amazing as you are literally 2 min from the Champs Elysee. The Hotel is modern and the rooms very clean. Breakfast is good althought some sliced fruit would be a plus. The room service needs to improve a bit as there were always towels missing. Overall I will return if coming back to Paris.

Wonderful stay

Mohamed, the night manager was outstanding. We arrived almost at midnight. He had room completely ready and told us he was waiting for us. He accompanied us to the room to ensure all was ok. Class act!

A little dissapointed in this hotel. having stayed in a number of comparable properties for smae price and rating, I've like this least. Trendy decor is goign to need a refresh soon. The rooms are quite small and its all crammed in - though thats to be expected for central Paris. My bed wasnt comfortable and there was constant amchine noise from the plant room next door. Breakfast standard but pastires were a little dry. Good staff and conveniant location, but expected more.

The hotel is right of the Champs Elysee, so it’s very convenient to explore the city. The staff were so warm and welcoming. We left our bags as we were there before check in opened, and when her arrived back they had already moved our bags to the room for us which I really loved. They put a little treat and handwritten note on the bed for my birthday which was a sweet gesture as well. The room itself was very cute, I loved the colours and the decor! We had a nice balcony and were very happy overall!

excellent location right on champs Elysees. Excellent breakfast in the morning in a super cute setting! Very small room and small elevator typical of Paris I believe but room was clean and bathroom was clean. Great place if you are not going to spend much time in your room but need a convenient place to crash for the night.

The hotel is at a great location and very close to a metro station. The hotel was clean and the room was small but nice. However, even though we had paid in full to Expedia at the time of booking except city tax which the hotel charged us at the time of check in, the hotel also charged us 100 euro hold at the time of check in. We were told the hold will be released at the time of check out. It has been around 8 days since we checked out and the 100 euro charge to our credit card has not been reversed yet despite multiple attempts to resolve this through Expedia and emails sent to the hotel as well. Expedia asked we email hotel directly as they could not get this resolved either despite having contacted the hotel twice. Disappointed with assistance we got from Expedia and upset at hotel’s non responsiveness. Hope this review will get their attention.
