Do yourself a favor and won’t book this hotel. There is huge construction site right in front of the hotel, the noise goes from 6:30 am to 8:00pm from Monday to Saturday. When I brought it up to the concierge ( front desk lady) named Omy , she told me “ I am here all day hearing this noise do you see me complaining “ after that I had no words . I was able to pay 190 euros extra to change my room ( in the back of the building) the noise was still pretty loud. Pros; modern rooms, cleaning crew are really nice. Cons; extremely small rooms, even for European standers, noisy, terrible front desk staff , especially Omy .

Great location with easy access to Metro and also central enough to be walkable to many places. Room clean. Quick check-in and check-out. There was some noise with work being carried out on the building opposite but this isn’t the fault of the hotel.

This is a little hotel that satisfies the needs of any traveler. The rooms were typically small as it is Paris but it was nice and suited our needs. Bathroom good room and full bath with shower. We had the twin bed room. The only issue is the TV only had like 5 Chanel’s and we could not connect the internet to it or cast our phone to watch. The property was located son a great street with lots of little cafe/fromagerie and food stores so convenient. About 5 minutes to metro lines and 10 mins walk from Arc de Triomphe. Although our room was not ready when we arrived we ate at a wonderful little place at the corner and it was delicious! I would recommend staying here.

My friend and I found this hotel in a bit of an emergency situation, and I can't say how lucky we felt to stay here for 3 nights. The staff is so welcoming (day & night staff) and the rooms are updated. The building itself is right next to a construction zone currently (august 2025), but the noise didn't bother us at all. We felt safe at all times!

Great hotel in a quieter area of Paris that is still really easy to walk or train to most major sites. We stayed with our two kids in a bunk and it worked well. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Lots of food options nearby - lots of grocery options too for snacks. Air conditioning was amazing during hot August days.

We loved this hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. It was a cute place, we had a little outside terasse. It wasn't noisy and we were 7 minutes from the Arc de Truimp. We were 4 minutes walk to a metro station and the area was safe.I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We stayed in room 113 and it was a 2 story room. The kids had bunk beds and we had our own prive room on the second floor.

I absolutely adored my stay at Hotel des Deux Avenues. I was a bit surprised to find there were no amenities, like shampoo, in the bathroom, but it didn't matter. I popped over the nearby market & got some easily. The lack of shampoo is the only thing I could think to complain about and it wasn't even an issue for me. In every other way, this was the perfect spot for my children and I while in Paris. It's a quick walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees. I felt completely safe. The room (we had a two-level duplex apartment) was perfect & allowed some space between me and the kids at night. The kids enjoyed the bunkbeds. The staff was genuinely helpful and kind - delightful, actually. Transportation was a breeze. I love Rue de Poncelet - just a fantastic location. No complaints at all. I would absolutely stay here again.

Service was great, towels are always replaced daily and room cleaned daily. Front desk is very friendly. The place is great but there was a construction demolition happening across the hotel during our stay and was very noisy in the morning. But other than that we had great experience with the hotel.
