From the moment we checked in, throughout our stay and until the moment we checked out, our experience was amazing! This was mostly due to the hotel staff who were all so very eager to help us with anything we needed. From shopping tips to taxi reservation to a special surprise for our special occasion, everything and everyone was magnificent! I want to especially mention Polina who felt like a good friend from the moment we checked out. She made it seem personal to her that we enjoyed our time in Paris and were looked after. This hotel was in one of the best areas in Paris! We arrived much earlier than check-in and the concierge allowed us to check in early… That was the first experience in Paris and it only got better from there. The staff at this hotel is incredibly knowledgeable and courteous, and always very friendly and ready to help! There was not a time when I passed in or out of the door that they did not say hello. The day I left, they all walked me out to my cab That they had gotten for me and it was such a beautiful send off.

Great location and super friendly staff
We stayed at Hotel Edouard 7 for 2 nights and truly enjoyed it. It’s perfectly located near the Garnier Opéra house (you can see it from the balcony), and near Louvre. It’s surrounded by restaurants and shops. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Laurent who was wonderful and patient introducing us to the room, the facilities, as well as recommending restaurants, transportations, and sightseeing places! Thank you so much! Although the room is a bit small understandably, but it’s super clean and cozy which I love! Many thanks to all the front desk staff. You guys are awesome!

Absolutely amazing! Great location, beautiful room and outstanding customer service! Wonderful dinner recommendations from concierge. Incredibly quiet for being on busy street. It was recommended very highly to us by family and it did not disappoint!! I have already recommended it to friends going to Paris next year!

There was a hole in the bathroom wall. Dust on the night stands. They charged me 16 euros for a small bag of chips and soda. It’s INSANE! They didn’t give me a king size bed. They have me two twins which constantly separate causing a gap between them. There are other issues too. You want pictures ? This star rating they claimed is a joke! They wanted me to pay extra because I didn’t want a room by the elevator! Fried eggs are extra for the breakfast! Are you kidding me?
