The staff at this hotel were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. Melony provided invaluable assistance with directions to our planned events and warned us about potential scams to watch out for. Jean-Claude was also very hospitable and friendly, as was the hotel mascot, Lilly the cat. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Metro, making it easy to explore other parts of Paris. The room was well-organized and had ample space for our bags and belongings, though it was a bit on the smaller side. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Pros- The hotel is central to Eiffel Tower within walking distance. Also metro line right outside the hotel door. Rooms were adequate. Cons- The bathroom did not have a proper functioning shower with a shower curtain. The bath overflowed during shower. The rooms are small but this is to be expected from Paris. Also expect to pay 10 euro charge to keep luggage when you check in and out. I found this odd and never experienced this in any hotels I have stayed in all over the world. Lots of guests were complaining about this charge.

The location is near the Eiffel tower only take around 5 minutes, there is a subway station in front of the hotel. The hotel conditions is oudated and need renovation urgently and the rooms were very small and the bathroom

I higly recommend this hotel. I absolutely love the location of this hotel. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The area is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and gift shops, giving you a real taste of Paris right at your doorstep. There's also a train station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around the city easy and hassle-free.

Great staff .. nice lobby .. excellent breakfast. Area outside very busy with many people hanging around on the streets … close to public transportation.. 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. I would recommend going to this hotel because the bed was comfortable and the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming.

Excellent staff and nice Lobby but room was too small for two people. Excellent breakfast and worth the money. Bed was comfortable and a good size for two people to sleep comfortably in, even though the room was small. Public parking nearby and great transportation system. Staff was very helpful in getting me a taxi to the train station. I would recommend this hotel. My only real complaint was the people hanging out across from the hotel. Just didn’t feel safe , especially after being warned about pickpockets from a restaurant patron who lives in the area . You are 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower, and 10 minutes by metro to Norte Dame Cathedral.

Excellent staff .. room too small . Hard to move around in the room. It was dated but clean . Very busy outside the hotel with some unsavory characters just across the street. I was warned by taxi driver and a patron of a restaurant to watch for pickpockets in the area . I liked that it was a 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower . I liked that they had a parking garage nearby, being I had rented a car . Excellent public transportation nearby and like I said the staff was excellent and we had a taxi on time , that was arranged by the front desk . Also, the breakfast was great and worth the price. I would recommend this hotel .

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Eiffel Seine! The location was so convenient to the metro, food and beverage options, and attractions. Because we were out and about all day, we only ever interacted with Wilfred, who was just the best! He was so charming and went out of his way to welcome and take care of us while we were guests at the hotel. He had great recommendations, advice on getting around Paris and the sights, and also was truly interested in what we had done and where we had visited when we would return at the end of the day. As first time visitors to Paris, we highly recommend this hotel!

Transportation info with reservation was incredible and Jean Claude was outstanding, also Wilfred at desk.Location accross street from bothRER -C line and metro #6 is wonderful. Too bad the owners do not refresh obviously worn carpet and redesign parts of the bath.
