Excellent hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff! The beds were very comfortable. Hotel Floride Etoile was a great central location to see the sights of Paris. The staff gave us excellent recommendations on restaurants, and how to get to the metro. I would highly recommend!

We’ve stayed at a few places in Paris now and this one was at the very top. The staff was caring and helpful, the location is perfect for a quick walk to the tower or to the arch, it was clean, it was quiet, it was excellent. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

The bus and trains were very accessible. Lots of places to eat any meal of the day. The staff was polite and extremely helpful in giving directions to some of the attractions. Only one day there was no hot water but after calling the reception area we had plenty of hot water the next day.

I liked having a small refrigerator and safe. The shower was unsafe as their was no grab bar to use getting in or out. It was a real slip hazard. I booked on Expedia and the price online was less and offered free breakfast. They wanted to charge 17 euros for breakfast.

Stay was great overall. Close enough to the important sites, Eiffel Tower, Charles Elyesse , restaurants, even convenience store and pharmacy. The staff is great to include the housekeeping and food service personnel. The front desk staff was overly stupendous, extremely helpful and personable
