Room was beat up, tiny, and loud. Only one key per room, which has a large toy attached to it. Felt more like a motel than a four star hotel. Had trouble sleeping due to the noise and the bathroom sink was clogged. Closet is also tiny with hangers that can’t be removed.

Great location. This is our second time back in Patis, We choose standard room and it is small like expected and we didn’t mind since we were always out walking and exploring. There are great coffee shops around the block and Poni restaurant has great food and good vibe.

Good stay - room small (as expected for Paris) but room was comfortable for our needs. Easy to walk from Gare du Nord & great location for sightseeing. Breakfast was average in the morning and had to ask for certain refills from staff.

The room and the bedding is clean and fresh. The room has a good size. I wish they give separate bottles for soap and shampoo. It doesn’t provide body lotion.

Room was small for 3 adults. Good for 2 adults. We found black hair in the sink, on the bed and towels and pulled one from the wall. The toilet wreaked of urine. TV didn’t work but was fixed quickly. Handheld showerhead would not stay in place. Staff was pleasant. Food was cold but ok.

Wouldn’t stay again

Booked this trip as a birthday present for my mum - she was so excited as she’d never been to Paris. Unfortunately it didn’t get off to a great start and we were unimpressed with the hotel. The room we were put in was literally right next to the reception desk (~1m) which meant it was extremely noisy - noise from reception, the street and the bar (not advised on the booking). Mum suffers with various respiratory issues so I intentionally booked a hotel with air conditioning. Unfortunately the ‘air conditioning’ in this hotel is a building system rather than room specific so we could not use air con. The hotel could not provide a fan instead and advised to open a window. This was not possible at night due to being on the ground floor and facing the street. We were offered to move to a different room so we could open a window but expected to pay double what I’d already paid!! If I’d have know the room was on the ground floor, with no air con, fan or the option to open a window, I wouldn’t have booked the room at all. Security was also a concern - you’re asked to give reception your key when leaving but when we returned to collect the key, they don’t ask for a name or any details.. just give the room number and they hand over the key. Could be given to anyone! The hotel was generally clean and in good condition, although the door handle literally fell off the bathroom door so we could not shut it properly.
