I would have given it a five start if the AC was actually working. The rooms were roomie for a hotel in France. walking distance from the main Train station which was convenient. The beds were comfy. The room furniture and bedding was a little out-dated.

Receptionist was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Superior room was a good size for Paris with comfortable bed and great shower. Great soundproofing and effective aircon. Free hot drinks and water available downstairs near reception , even after check out. Left luggage service. Really convenient location with plenty of decent restaurants nearby.

This property is ideally located within a couple of minutes walk of Gare du Nord station. The area isn’t the best but is perfect if you plan to use the trains each day, which we did. The room is modern and is perfect for getting a good nights sleep. The bathroom has a few essential toiletries and the shower is very nice. Water was given for free on the first day but we were told we had to pay after that which did seem a bit conflicting as we heard other guests being given it for free each day. We had a problem with the safe in our room but it was rectified very quickly. We had the breakfast on the last day which was nice although a little bit on the expensive side for what it was. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its perfect location and lovely, clean rooms.

Great hotel, right next to the Gare du Nord so couldn't be more convenient for arriving on the Eurostar, and obviously great transport links to everywhere else we wanted to visit in Paris. Room was quite small, but to be expected for the price and location. Staff were very friendly. Room had a small fridge which was handy. Would happily stay here again!

Staff were so friendly and welcoming from the very beginning, particularly Habib at check in. The rooms were lovely and location is super convenient for Gare du Nord and other stations. The only minor issue was noise levels, both the street outside and in the corridors, but this is at least somewhat to be expected in a busy area. Perfect for a one night stay before train travel.

Sadly I never got to stay at this hotel but was charged anyway by hotels.com. I never received a booking confirmation and the stay didn't show in my app as a past or upcoming stay. Very disappointing as a long time gold customer, I was then charged and despite contacting hotels.com more than once they are unwilling to assist.

The hotel is very near the eurostar terminal , so convenient for getting to and from eurostar with luggage. The hotel staff very helpful. The furnishings are modern and good quality. Lovely garden room near reception to sit and drink coffee for free. The bedroom, with a small fridge , walk in shower were stylishly furnished. The only downside for me is hard pillows. A choice of hard or soft pillows would be a good option. Would recommend to friends for future stays. Added bonus , the wonderful Terminus fish restaurant is nearby.

Property is conveniently located at 3 min. Walk from the tran station Nord and 5 min from the train station east. A variety of restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacies are located within walking distance, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Recommended.

Good hotel next to the train stations and very convenient. Had a room by the elevator and the walls seemed a bit thin. Could hear everything but luckily not a lot of noise at night so we slept soundly. Was given a handicap room so it was extra large and plenty of space for two people. Service was great and the employees were very friendly. Probably would stay here again if we only had one night in Paris.

Within a couple of minutes from Gare du Nord, the hotel is comfortable with very good air conditioning in the summer and my room was quiet. Wifi works well, too, and kettle in the room is a bonus
