The only criticism that I have about the hotel is the lack of clear signage for the hotel. I was checking in at night and had difficultly locating the hotel because there was no lighting around the signage for the hotel.

Great location very accessible to the Blanche Metro. The hotel was comfortable while close to Pigalle the street was quiet. The staff were helpful and my room was ready for checkin on arrival.

Highly recommend Hotel Josephine
Lovely hotel, excellent receptionist. He could not do enough for us. Nice to have coffee and drinks available in reception also. The only minor fault was it was a little noisy

Our shower flooded and I had to clean it every night… however with that said everything else was perfect! Breakfast was delish… staff was awesome and gave great suggestions… the area, hotel, and room gorgeous. Best experience and would stay there again!

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were greeted with warmth and even allowed to check in early since our room was ready. We stayed in Room 01, conveniently located next to reception, which was ideal for me due to my knee issues. However, if you're a light sleeper, you might want to choose a different room, as you can hear guests checking in and out, as well as the staff preparing for breakfast. My family and I weren’t disturbed at all—we can sleep through anything! The room itself was spacious, as was the bathroom. The staff were incredibly attentive; Wangmo noticed me struggling to walk and kindly offered ice for my knees and helped me to my chair. I had read the positive reviews before booking, and I can confirm they are accurate. The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure their guests are comfortable. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops nearby and just a 5-minute walk to the metro or bus stop. We would definitely stay here again. I usually don't write reviews, but I was so impressed by the level of care that I felt compelled to share my experience. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful stay!
