The hotel surpassed my expectations. The staff was very nice and the rooms were exceptional. I booked an apartment since I was travelling with 2 kids. The apartment was very specious and clean. 24 hour snacks in the lobby were an icing on the cake. I booked it for 6 nights and the beds were quite comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is to have different breakfast items and not the same everyday.

Excellent hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Room and bathroom are a very generous size, well air conditioned and located very close to metro and bus stops!! The staff is very excellent, especially Kadi and Victoire, both very friendly and very helpful! Definitely will return!

Had a fantastic stay. Nearly perfect- only issue was with shower/ bath. No proper water drainage but to be fair we didn’t raise this with hotel staff. Had we done so I’m sure they would’ve acted upon this.

We booked the family room, which included 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We always felt safe and appreciated the single door entry to access the area. I would highly recommend adding the breakfast option. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend to a friend!

The hotel was in a quiet street, easily accessible by car, close to the Gare du Nord and with excellent transport links. The staff were very kind and went out of their way to assist us. We were able to keep our bags in the hotel until the evening when our train was due. The hotel is very generous with free snacks all afternoon until 2am. They also provide a generous breakfast with a small but complete selection of continental breakfast items. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely rebook.

Great choice for Paris

The Joyce is located in Pigalle district near Moulin Rouge and Monmartre. Plenty of local places to eat nearby and great location for Centre. Staff were all lovely. Room had aircon which was a plus in heatwave plus daily stocked soft drink fridge. There were snacks and drinks in hotel between 2pm and 2am - bonus was,you could pop in any Paris Astotel for the same! Breakfast was in our package and OK. i would certainly stay there or in an Astotel again on my next visit

We Liked the friendly staff, especially Guy, who was so helpful giving us directions and advises with a nice smile. We also, liked how the place is clean and tied. The hotel is close to public transportation and metro stations. The area is safe and nice. There are restaurants, bars and coffee shops around. The hotel also, provides complimentary snack and coffee after 2 pm.

The staff were all great - very helpful and nice. The property was clean but felt a little old. Worn carpet and wallpaper made it feel less nice than it was. My only real complaint was the late night/early morning slamming of the doors. There is no soft close. It was jarring and made it hard to sleep. Area very walkable with lots of cafes, shopping and sights to see. I didn't do a lot of walking after dark, but during the day I felt very safe.
