The property was ok, great location with walking discance to the Arc de Triomphe and Metro stations. Also handy for bus trips to major sites. beautiful reception and lounges. I didnt try the swimming/Spa but Im sure that is what the hotel must have got its stars for. Now for the not so good... there were bad smells eminating from the bathroom, I guess old plumbing. The shower head had a good throughput of water which was very welcome but unfortunately it kept drooping, the wall fixing was tightened to the max but still didnt hold the shower head up. We found some hair in the bath as we arrived (not good), The shower door was too short and so when showering the water tended to splash and end up on the floor. The rooms were really tiny, with about 2ft all around the bed so that if you were passing your partner you had to shuffle. This was the main reason for the low score. I understand that there were even smaller rooms from reading the reviews so that really surprised me, must have been the size of a toilet. Overall good stay but way too pricy for what you got.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel

Absolutely stunning hotel close to the Champs Elysee. Our room was beautiful - nicer than my own at home. I would seriously recommend this hotel.

We stayed here during the last week of October in 2024. The last time we stayed here was 28 years ago and they have made significant improvements since. Our room was just right for us, nicely designed and furnished, and comfortable. The staff are friendly, kind and very responsive. We told the staff we had been there 28 years ago and they gave us a lovely gift. We liked its proximity to the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Élysées and the Metro. We would stay here again and hopefully, sooner than 28 years!
