Great stay at this hotel, the staff are lovely and helpful, it’s spotlessly clean and the rooms are very comfortable. Free mini bar and snacks in the foyer are a very nice additional touch! Definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, in the heart of the city. They actually have A/C that works individually in rooms! The room itself is charming, and very quiet. Hotel staff are very friendly and professional. The parking garage they are partnered with is a quick 0.3 miles away and is safe. Near multiple cafes, restaurants. If you want the Paris experience I’d recommend this hotel.

Our room was clean and included many amenities, including a delicious box of chocolates. The staff was friendly and helpful. The petite dejeuner was excellent and plentiful, and the dining area remained open in the afternoons and evenings for a snack and refreshments.

Did not receive any of the VIP benefits, or room upgrades. I choose this hotel because I stayed here last year and loved it. This year was completely different. The rooms weren’t cleaned properly, beds were just made, decorative pillow and covers were thrown on top of the closet after the first day by the cleaning service and never put back on the beds. Fridge wasn’t always restocked with drinks, we had to call and ask. Elevator was broken for 2 days, we stayed on the 5th floor, and after walking exploring all day it was a complete nightmare to have to go up 5 floors. Open bar had much better snack options last year. Not sure if the owners changed or what happened. But I would not stay again after this year.

Wonderful stay here! Got upgraded as a VIP member to a bigger room and some cute macarons to welcome me! Friendly staff and lots of free perks including the minibar. Location is great too, right near a metro stop and you can walk to champs elysesses in 10 mins! Highly recommend!

Surprised by how up to date the property was and nice benefits of stocked mini fridge with water. Very clean and would recommend. Close walk to major shopping and close can to major sightseeing. Metro station pops out right in front of hotel.
