My family and I stayed here in two balcony suites, we loved Paris but this hotel was one of the highlights of our trips. Every day the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to all of our questions and needs. During this trip I proposed to my girlfriend and the hotel staff was all in communication, they decorated the room and went above and beyond all of our expectations. We are accustomed to staying at 5 star hotels, yet this hotel treated us and acted as if it were one. I will only be staying here when I come back to Paris. 10/10!

Great location, however, the room is dirty, even with daily housekeeping service, the used cups have not been changed for 3 days, the boxed tissue haven’t been replenished, and there s stink on the carpet. It seems that the balcony area haven’t been cleaned for long time, we don’t even dare to step out there

The hotel surpassed our expectations thanks to its exceptional staff, particularly Lindsay and Isman, who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Everything was excellent: check in, the room, staff, and amenities. The front desk gentlemen were amazing, very friendly. The rooms were very clean and spacious (especially for Paris), we had a 2 room apartment. The location was great, we felt safe. The hotel is close to a metro station. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends/family.
