The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The property was clean & rooms were comfortable. The complimentary tea, coffee, and cakes were a nice touch. Walking in the immediate vicinity is safe. However, there are areas nearby that one must stay aware. Overall, a great hotel.

The hotel was very clean, it was conveniently located to the Metro and walking distance to several good restaurants and shopping. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast that we opted to include offered a nice variety and everything was delicious. We would not hesitate to stay here should we return to Paris.

Great hotel in area with lovely restaurants and a metro station just a few minutes stroll away. Staff were fantasticly helpful, the little extras such as the tray with tea and coffee, fridge with soft drinks and the snacks you could help yourself to around reception set this hotel above the rest. We had breakfast and found it wonderful too - kids under 12 also eat free breakfast with an adult.

Unfortunately I was given a lower standard room upon arrival versus what i booked, and still charged the higher amount. You also need to be aware they also charge you the room rate again on check in as a pre authorised hold even if you have already pre paid, and be careful to check the amount pre authorised versus the amount they close off as in my case this differed 10 euros in their favour , 8 days later pre authorisation still not amended or closed off.

Charming hotel-- I can't believe there are 84 rooms because it felt so boutique. Front desk was friendly & helpful. We loved sweet lobby with refreshments & snacks. Our family room was ideal for teens and I adored our view of the Eiffel Tower & streets. The hotel is walkable to many must see areas as well as charming Parisian streets. We walked to the Sacre Coeur and jogged to the Eiffel Tower; for longer trips two metros are very close. The neighboring cafes were percect spots for evening spritzer, morning cafe, or dinner. The elevators were a little tiny & slow. Some dusting , cleaning would freshen it up, but I felt our space was clean. We had a lovely stay & I would visit again.

Breakfast room was amazing, and the food was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and the bed very good. Also, free cold drinks and snacks were great. However, we had some stained towels and the corners of the bathroom floor had spider webs. The half-wall shower leaked a lot on the floor. Quite a lot of traffic noise at night.
