Comfy but not 4 star.

No way four star. Too old and tired. Is the SPA there to get it up to 4 star? But comfortable and in decent location with friendly staff. Comfy bed. Strong hot shower. Decent breakfast. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Apparently someone smoking in their room.

Must stay!!! Such a lovely hotel

So happy we chose this hotel! I did so much research for our first time in Paris and this one definitely did not disappoint. The room was so luxurious loved the little touch of the robes and the slippers. The location was absolutely perfect. We can’t wait to come again at the end of the year.

Very clean, nice and friendly staff they allowed us to check in early. The only negative was the breakfast that was very sparse and disappointing for a 4 star European hotel. The choices were limited and the staff was bringing the food a few items at a time. Never a full buffet. Never seen that before. Otherwise a great experience. We are coming back.

Love our stay in Paris at hotel Monseur and Spa. We booked family room for 3 of us. The room and bathroom is pretty big consider hotel in Paris. We have an additional bathroom that big plus especially for our teenage son. The location is 8 minutes walking to Galaries Lafayette or Printemp. It situated not too crowded area in opera district.

The hotel was lovely. One of the best I’ve stayed in when in Paris. Everyone was helpful, informative, and polite. Our only ‘problem’ was a clogged tub. I’m sure they fixed it immediately. I will stay there again.

The room was really clean & not that long redecorated. The shower was so roomy & worked fabulously, although some water escaped & we had to put our used towels down to soak up the residue. The Hotel was boutique in design, all staff were so helpful & friendly. It’s location is so central & only a short drive from Eurostar.
