Front desk staff was wonderful, so helpful and amazing. Room were small and cute, air conditioning was super powerful. The elevator always worked fyi. I booked 3 rooms and they were all perfect.

Hotel Odyssey was a good hotel for our family. We had two rooms during our stay - these were on different floors. One thing I do need to mention is that there is no grand lobby as it suggests in some of the pictures. In fact, the hotel is a bit oddly tiny in many ways - the lift/elevator, the hallways and even the rooms were very tight. I understand that “this is Europe” but this was different. I found it a bit disorienting and at times confining (windows faced another building, etc). Even my daughters who stayed in their own room found things tight too. Once you are a bit more settled and have your bags positioned well in the room it feels more doable. Aside from size the room the bed was comfortable, bedding was nice, and room was super quiet at night. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staying at a five story hotel without a working elevator is very challenging after you have already exhausted your legs for the whole day. They tried to be calming you down by giving you falsified hope and yet they failed to deliver it as a normal hotel for a chunk of three days. Climb up and down every day. Not cool at all.

Locaiis great and staff were very friendly. Only down side was the air conditioning was broken during our stay. Ironically the engineers turned up to fix it as we were checking out.

The location was close to lots of restaurants/cafes. The air conditioning was not working and there was very little effort to make my husband and I comfortable. We had one little fan in our room and it was mid 90s F outside. We had to get up in the middle of the night to shower because we were sweating. It felt like we were camping but paid for a hotel. We should be refunded our money since it was that terrible. It definitely put a damper on our trip and there wasn’t time to get into another hotel. The staff didn’t seem to care and should have offered a breakfast voucher or just anything. I don’t complain often but this was ridiculous.

location and hotel staff very friendly.our stay was from June 10-14th, After check in I noticed the air conditioning system wasn't working. I was told they were working on it and should be remediated the next day.Well next day no,next day no ,next day no. I spent my entire time in Paris sweltering in 85- 90 degree heat. It was not a pleasant experience. I was compensated very little for my uncomfortable experience as I have COPD . Hotel should have provided a stay at a similar hotel and area with no additional charge. The use of incapable technicians will lead to more loss of business. Hotel staff should have advised check ins of the situation,especially when they knew the situation was not going to remediated.

I was highly disappointed upon entering the property. The room was tiny and not appropriate for one person let alone two. There was minimal space to put any personal items. According to staff the air conditioner was broken and the repair man didn't know how to fix it. There was no drinking water provided in the room either. We had to open the window due to the hot room and it was noisy all night due to another business across the street. No partial refund was offered. I would not recommend this hotel.
