Said on their site that they allow pets. Was turned down to check in after arriving with my dog after a long trip. Had to find another hotel the same night. No service or help provided and the person at the check in didn’t believe me first when I showed her their page.

Good location and very friendly staff. However, the triple room was in the basement and not very pleasant. One bed had a lot of hair, the WiFi did not work on one side of the room and the TV suffered the same fate (could not connect to the WiFi and therefore could not work). I had had an amazing previous stay at Korner Opera, so this experience was disappointing, especially given the price I was charged for the room.

We loved our stay here. The hotel allows you to drop your bags off before check in in a safe location. Michael and his colleagues were very helpful and explained about taxis and local recommendations to visit. We will be returning. Merci beaucoup Michael!!

We had a very small room no place to open a 2nd suitcase. Warm, no ac. We had a huge stain (maybe coffee?) On our comforter. We asked for another sheet, clean comforter and to upgrade the room. None were provided, in fact I was told by the receptionistthat it was just a stain, dry and clean bedding and she would have no problem staying on the bed.. We stayed as they would not provide a refund. Bathroom was small but functional. Free Coffee and tea were nice. Receptionists always greeted us and were friendly, just not accommodating at all. There were Cigarette buts at the door and staff smoking close to the hotel door... I guess that is normal in Paris though. I know hotel ratings are lower here than in Canada but I would not say this is a 3 by any standards. Maybe 1 1/2 or 2.
