Great friendly staff. Room very clean but very small which is fine for Europe. You have to leave your key at the front desk each time you leave the room but it was safe. Elevator very small but comes in a decent time. Few minutes walk from the arc and champs Elysées and metro station

Viktor was extremely helpful when we arrived. We have never been to France and were nervous how we were going to make it around. He accommodated us in every way possible. Our flight landed very early and he arranged for an earlier check in, to hold our luggage while we went to explore while waiting with cafe recommendedations and was also able to store my husbands medical supplies in the fridge as he is a type 1 diabetic. I would absolutely recommend this hotel! Perfect location, helpful friendly staff.

Convinient to train and hop on hop off buses, as well as river cruise. Staff were great. Cafe at bottom of hotel had nice coffee and breakfast options.

This property was generally nice. It was a small hotel and it was easy to get to from the airport and major attractions. The only thing that was strange was the fact that they wanted guests to leave their room key with them whenever they left. I’d never experienced this before and I probably wouldn’t book this hotel again for that reason.

Lovely boutique hotel
The hotel is located in a great area for shopping, eating and quick access to the metro. The staff is also very friendly. My only issue was the size of the room. For a quick stay with little to no luggage, it’s great. However if you’re a family or traveling with a friend that you aren’t that close to, book multiple rooms.
