Likes: Lovely hotel, small clean rooms, with quite large bed (two singles pushed together). Small bathroom with shower which was quite powerful. Tiny lift fit two cabin suitcases and my wife and I, just, but pleased it had a lift! Self service complimentary selection of, teas, coffee and hot chocolate downstairs in the foyer with sofa and some tables for guest use. Love, love, love the area, relatively quiet with lots of locals rather than other tourists frequenting the local bars, cafes and bistros if you avoid the main boulevard. Short walk to the metro, then one metro train ride and a train ride to and from the airport. Negatives: Only negative for us was no fault of the hotel. But in Paris, like other places in France we have visited, the garbage/rubbish is collected every day. Here it was before 6am loud enough and for a long enough duration that you’ll be fully awake unless you are a light sleeper OR maybe use the complimentary ear plugs from the bathroom!

Lovely little hotel perfect for our needs during our recent Paris stay. The hotel is clean. The bed was comfortable. The Clarins Shampoo and Shower Gel were a great little extra pampering touch. Staff we met were polite . Close to the Metro and we were able to walk to many places from there. No complaints.

The lift was broken and couldn’t get them fixed on time. I booked 2 identical rooms but one of the room was very small. The staff didn’t give us 2 room on the same floor but on 2 different buildings which is not good if you have kids. Wouldn’t recommend for families. I won’t book with them again. The only good thing was the bakery up the street.

A very nice stay
The room was spacious enough for me and my partner for a short trip, the bathroom was nice and he shower worked lovely. Nice touch by the hotel staff leaving chocolates and balloons in the room on our anniversary which we appreciated so much. Continental Breakfast was nice with plenty of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints from me and if i was to come again I wouldnt hesitate in staying here. Good location easily accessible to all the sights on metro which was so easy to use.

Super Hotel zu einem guten Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Die Lage ist super, viele sehr gute Restaurants in naher Umgebung. Sehr sauber, das Bett könnte neuere Matratzen bekommen. Ansonsten sehr gutes Hotel für den Stadtetrip.

Lovely hotel; so glad we booked this. Great service, lovely clean room and bathroom. Toiletries included: shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Decent hairdryer. Air con was great. Nespresso, tea and chilled water available from the lobby. Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment. Staff friendly and able to communicate in English which was really helpful. The metro was really close (2min walk, if that). Lively area but hotel is on a nice quiet street. Good bakeries etc nearby. Recommend a little walk to Square des Batignolles. Beautiful. Would happily stay here again and recommend to others.

The property itself was nice and the staff was wonderful. The sidewalks around it were full of pee from both dogs and humans...we personally witnessed more than three or four people peeing right on the walks (and this included women, not just men.) Also, the restaurant and bar patrons would stand outside the establishments to smoke and completely block the entire sidewalk, making it impossible to walk past except in the street, so you took your life in your hands walking in car and bike traffic. Saw several bikers and pedestrians collide for this very reason. The smokers are dirty and selfish in Paris and throw their butts everywhere, as trash cans are scarce and throwing them in the sewers is understandably forbidden.
