Place is a nice and cozy place. The balcony was a plus. The only thing we disliked was that we had no control over the AC/heater. We had to call front desk every time we wanted it changed. It got cold at night and we called to turn the heat up but we never felt it get warm. The room didn’t have blankets only a thin comforter. Other than that it was a nice place.

Excellent staff at this hotel. Especially Noelle. Cant say enough good things about the staff. Only reason not getting 10 out of 10 is that area is noisy making it difficult to sleep if windows are open. (On street side) Good breakfast.

The room was charming, albeit a bit on the smaller side, but it was perfect for our needs. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Alex, who was especially helpful in recommending some fantastic places to visit. The location is excellent—right in the Montmartre area with easy access to the metro. It's also conveniently close to the Moulin Rouge and a must-visit restaurant and cocktail bar, Pink Mamma. Would definitely stay here again!

I reserved a superior room and received ground level adjacent to reception. I could hear each person at reception. Windows faced into adjacent room - no privacy. I requested money back - they would not accommodate change in room or return of funds. The only good thing it is centrally located in Pigalle next to a good restaurant.

Overall staff is amazing and very attentive. Hôtel facilities is as expected. We had a 2 bedroom family suite with plenty of closet space. Washroom sink is a bit small but great shower. Star is a bit noisy has to keep our windows/ balcony doors closed to block off noise from street. Very hilly so make sure you bring good shoes. Pink Mama restaurant is within 10 meters and a must try restaurant if you stay here.

Apparently, the elevators is broken down for at least a month. We were not notified of that. The room was on the 5th level we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs, when we ask for an extra towel we were told We cannot have one, only allow two towels. It was bags of laundries in the hallway on every level stereos were very narrow and very steep spiral stairs, very unsafe for trip hazard to climb with luggage in your hand and come down stairs with luggage in your hand

Everything about this hotel was wonderful! This was our first trip to Paris with children (8 and 9 years old). We’ve been here before many times as singles or couples. We were a group of 2 families, each family booked a room at Hotel Saint Louis Pigalle. The neighborhood is super walkable, super convenient. You have a choice of pigalle or Blanche metro. If you want to avoid the ‘red-light’ walk towards pigalle - no big deal. The rooms at this property are the largest rooms I’ve ever witnessed in Paris. Spacious floor plans with plenty of closets. The breakfast is adequate with many options. But the staff is the best part. Super friendly with many recommendations. We will stay here when we return to Paris. Bravo to the team at this hotel! Thank you for making our first holiday in Europe with children so easy!

Location is good as it was convenient: being nearby to the metro station and having lovely restaurants nearby. However, there were also a few streets which were full of sex shops but it didn’t take away from the experience as you could simply ignore them by walking in the middle path. We stayed in a suite bed that was comfortable but sofa bed was not like we expected and wasn’t comfortable at all. The cleaning was good, however I don’t believe they change bed sheets during the stay so bed bugs might appear if you stay for a longer period. The receptionists during are star were both very friendly and helpful.

We really liked the large sized room with a separate sleeping area for our teen daughters. The shower was AMAZING! Staff was friendly & helped arrange a very early morning transfer to the train station. The driver was friendly & punctual. IF you have very young children just know that this area has a lot of adult boutiques that may require you to teach them the birds & the bees!

On a side street so no worries about noise at night. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful with any questions that you may have. 2 minute walk to the metro. Solid breakfast. Offer shuttle service to and from the airport for a fee. I plan on staying here again!
