Great location, safe area, quiet hotel, nice terrace, friendly staff, clean facilities. However, room was in desperate need of refurbishmet (cracked mirror, stained carpet, wallpaper peeling off), also the mattress was incredibly hard, but that might just be the French way?

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The property could be cleaner, but I found it to be super family-friendly and in a prime location, close to the metro and various tourist attractions.

Immediately upon arriving there was a bug crawling across the bed (bed bug/punaise de lit??). The hotel is filthy and looks nothing like the photos. I think they are planning a renovation and are showing the computer-generated photos of the renovation online instead of what it currently looks like, which is deceiving. After seeing the bug, we didn't even unpack and immediately left, because we didn't want to take our chances with a potential bed bug, as bringing home bed bugs is a costly nightmare. No refund was given to us and the staff were not kind or helpful.

Wonderful stay. Highly recommend. Very quiet, lovely doors into courtyard that can be pinned back. Great breakfast, good value. Good location, 10 mins walk from Port Royal train station. Vavin for bus, very good transport. 45 mins walk to Eiffel very easy. 25 mins into city/Notre Dam. 24 hour reception. Beds comfy. Deluxe double can be made into twin. Pillows very good!!

Close to the Montparnasse area, full of cafés, nightlife and restaurants. Easy access to metro, picturesque neighborhood. Very comfortable beds, nice shower, courtyard was cute, nice on site bar/restaurant where it was fun, relaxing spot to watch soccer games. Would recommend!

Such a cute hotel, great staff and close to the Montparnasse train station…just a 5 min walk. There’s a great little patisserie just a couple of doors down.

This place desperately needs a renovation. Stinks of mildew, 30 year old dirty carpets, water dripping down from the ceiling, stained walls and doors, smelly bath towels, creaky bunk beds that scared my kids, crusty shower head. One pillow didn’t have a case on it, had to go to front desk and use google translate with the guy as he didn’t know what a pillowcase was in English. The wall plugs are not in convenient locations for 2024 when everyone needs to charge their devices.
