AC nor working in our room. It was a family room in the first floor. I raised it right away when we checked-in. Maintenance came to adjust something. Then thats it, mentioned cant do anything anymore. It went cold for 2-3 hours then it became warm again. Stand fan was also not provided because they dont have one. They did not even transferred us to other room stating they are fully booked. Receptionist mentioned that most customers open the windows instead. Duh! Sweating while sleeping for 3 nights stay. Took always a shower to cool down. They have breakfast at least.
Sofa that converts into a double deck. Can be comfortable to sleep on with the proper cool temp inside the room.

Hotel was in process of renovation, but very usable during this time. Nice courtyard with new plantings, seating areas. Breakfasts are amazing-many choices and lots of food. Convenient to several subway stations. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I've stayed at this hotel 4 times now.

Great property & choice for a couple traveling with a kid. Of all the 3-star 'family' rooms we have seen in France, this was the only one with a door separating thee parents & kids' beds. The recently renovated room was perfect for us. Also, the property itself was beautiful, quiet, and well-situated.

Great!!

Great hotel with a great customer service. All staff so friendly & helpful. The hotel renovated beautifully. Besides the separate bathroom, we loved most of the hotel, especially the convenient location, close to metro, bus lines, many shops & nice restaurants. Highly recommended.

My room had bed bugs and a broken AC unit. The Manager Louise didn't care to fix the issues and refused to give me a clean room. He assistant told me they have had problems and many of the rooms on first floor were not fixed properly during renovation. It ruined my Paris vacation.
