The only issue I had was we were suppose to have a king size bed and requested a balcony. Both these things were not provided. Seemed like we had a standard room but paid for a deluxe room. We also were lead to believe that you could get coffee 24/7 for free at the bar/restaurant, which was not the case. Other than that everything else was perfect. Staff was especially helpful and efficient. Thank you Hôtel Westminster for a great week.

Most at the front desk/registration were courteous and helpful; however, one of the front-desk attendants yelled at me. I was taken aback. She was impatient and totally out of line. I've never had that happen in my entire life. Very strange.

当日の急な予約にもかかわらず丁寧に対応をレセプションの方にして頂いた。 また、ポーターの方も出発が14時でそれまで預かっていただくことを頼んでも快く対応していただき、 直ぐに空港までのタクシーを手配してくれた。 すべてにおいてPerfectなサービスでした。 また泊まりたいと思う。

La ubicacion es muy buena y las personas del hotel muy amables. El restaurante esta bien para el desayuno, pero su menú tiene muy pocas opciones para almuerzo y cena.
