Although the room has ample beds for a family the rooms were run down. Most outlets didn't work and the air conditioning stopped working throughout the entire building for several days. The staff assured everyone that if would be fixed each day but sadly it remained broken for many days. At the cost of the room and lack of necessities, I would avoid this hotel.

Comfortable room with clever layout. Bunk beds did not have fully closing panels all the way around (the foot was open) which we didn’t realize from the photos ahead of time, but was not an issue for our family. Very friendly staff. Great location for visiting Eiffel Tower.

Don’t stay here during summer,it’s uncomfortably hot.The AC is barely working even when I complain multiple times.My friend who came with us has to moved to another hotel.We stayed in a room for 6 people,it’s very tight no room for luggage so it’s miserable without an AC.

It is accessible to a lot of stuff. The staff is not friendly. The hotel’s air conditioning is not properly working. It is really hot in the lobby. The games machine is not working. It is poorly managed and way overcharged per room. Breakfast is free, which is a good thing, but it's not warm or hot.

Great location, truly walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Hotel and Room were okay, humid inside, musty smelling and not the cleanest. You get what you pay for and we only used it to sleep. Bunks were cool for the kids.

I liked nothing about this property. It is way too expensive and not kept clean and not quiet. The front desk reception is not well trained and they are not focused on customer service. Go book a hotel that is a well established chain instead. When we entered the room the first time, we found hair on the bed and decided to change the sheets ourselves. After reading through the reviews, I realize I am not the first one to report this. The cleaner was nice and did provide all the sheets I requested, but my complaint is that the sheets were not changed in the first place. If you plan to stay, I really recommend checking your sheets when you check in.... The second night we stayed there was fete de la music and there was a band inside the hotel. We didn't mind that as the music stopped sharply at 11pm. It turns out that was not the only band that night. There is a restaurant in the same building as the rooms, and supposedly this is not owned by the hotel. In any case, our room was right above the restaurant and that night they rented this place out to a wedding. At midnight, when the speakers were still blasting, I went down to request the hotel to stop the blaring and instead the front desk receptionist, Martial, was arguing with me why I should not stop a once in a lifetime wedding of someone who happened to rent a restaurant that is right below rooms where families with kids are supposed to sleep!! I had to go another time at 1am to complain again B4 blaring stopped

This property was very clean and family friendly. The morning buffet was very accommodating to most diet restrictions and alwsys refreshed with more food when running low. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom had a towel warmer which made it easy with drying them for a oarge group using same bathroom. The only complaint would be they don’t offer a fridge or thin bedsheets for cooler sleeping. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay with such a nice staff.
