Très décevant ! Très cher pour la prestation. Air conditionné noté mais 29 degrés dans la chambre !!!! Douche et toilettes ce sont des cabines en plastique et lavabo dans la chambre Pas de coin de rangement Très déçu par un Ibis budget alors que d habitude les hôtels de cette marque sont très bien. Heureusement personnel sympathique et compréhensif devant cette vague de chaleur Très déçu !!!

Il n'existe pas de climatisation dans cet hôtel. En période de canicule il est juste impossible de dormir. La description des services dans la chambre n'est don't pas respectée. Le personnel a l'accueil est très agréable. J'éviterai cet hôtel a l'avenir malgré tout. Au prix de la nuit, on espère pouvoir dormir sereinement.

La climatisation était en panne. Le responsable de l’hôtel nous a transféré dans l’hôtel IBIS de Nanterre très proche de celui de Rueil Malmaison afin de bénéficier d’une chambre climatisée par cette période de canicule, Sans supplément et en nous offrant le parking. On ne peut pas faire mieux. Bravo pour le sens du service et de l’accueil. Nous retournons dans cette hôtel lors de notre prochain séjour.
