Staff were charming and friendly. The property is beautiful. But as an older bulding (formerly the Norwegian embassy), sounds carry. There is currently constuction next door. Even without that, some noise travels through the building and from the courtyard during the day. At night it was very quiet.

The staff were really so incredibly accommodating. When my husband realized he needed a tie for an event, the concierge took his tie off and handed it to my husband to use for the evening. That is service!! The manager at Casa Tua was the most delightful and we enjoyed sharing stories with him at breakfast. Perfect hotel for any occasion.

Great Stay
Our stay was great. The rooms were beautifully done and the staff was impeccable. The only negative was we had missed our first night’s stay due to travel issues. I requested some sort of credit as a courtesy but they offered absolutely nothing. I was a little disappointed as a 5 star hotel should take care of their guests. Outside of this issue it was a great experience.
