Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, boulangerie, and Arc de Triomphe and Champs Élysées. We also had to take the Metro to the Guard de Lyon and we were 100 metres from Metro stop that took us directly there.

We stayed here as a family of 5, very last minute because another hotel gave away our room. It was the best thing to happen! Also, this location has air conditioning! So happy we stayed here, it’s beautiful and the staff is fantastic!

A perfect place to stay in Paris
What a terrific place to stay in Paris. One: this place DOES have an elevator, so no worries folks who were picturing climbing six flights of stairs with luggage. Two: the breakfast buffet is pretty good, though get there early because it can run a little low if you're there later. Three: the rooms are delightful, with comfy beds and large bathrooms. Four: The a/c is not the greatest, but you'll survive. Five: the service in this place is amazing. Everyone is professional and helpful and I can't say enough about how great everyone was. I wish I had got this one person's name b/c I saw her bending over backwards to help out another family checking out when they were making wildly outlandish demands. I might've lost it, but she was so cool and professional; you need to give her more money because it was damn impressive. Six: I thought this location was just the best of all words b/c it wasn't too noisy, but it was within walking distance of a number of Metro stops AND the freaking Arc de Triomphe. Seven: it's also near a bunch of cool restaurants, cafes, and shops. Eight: I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. You get a lot of value for your money when you stay here.

Amazing stay the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming they would greet us every morning and upon our arrival late at night. They even helped us booking our taxi to get back to the airport. The hotel is located in a great area very safe and quiet neighborhood. Very easy and convenient to move around. We stay in a family room which had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms great for my family of 4. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Paris soon.

I liked this property, this location is excellent easy walking distance to two metro stops, great restaurants nearby and feels safe. So why did I not rate it a 5 across the board. It is a little run down and need a good vacuuming throughout. Also during our stay a ceiling panel in the bathroom fell down hitting my daughter in the head and making quite a mess also revealing mold in the ceiling. Also the bathroom "shower" design is really poor if you want to use the overhead shower instead of the hand held, water goes all over the place.They offered us a free breakfast for our trouble which we did not take so we do not know how the food is. This place definitely has great potential with just a few fixes
